Buzios Tour von Rio mit Bootsfahrt und Mittagessen

The experience was mostly unpleasant. The Amaro guide started well, however, when he arrived in Buzios he looked unwilling and so he continued all the time. He did not travel with us offshore, and on the boat there were people worried about his photography businesses, selling cocktails and soft drinks, masks for the sea and no one informed us in Spanish what happened and what followed, I was consulting with a gentleman who was there. Upon returning to the beach we were given a cold and ugly buffet lunch. We were given a little more dd an hour of free time, without giving us ideas of how beautiful the city was and how attractive it had. Nor were we given the possibility to stay in the city and not embark. The truth is not good experience

We really enjoyed the day Buzios is a quaint village by the sea, which rightly so it is called the french riviera of Brazil. We had a good lunch and a couple of dips in the sea. The boat was a very old galeon but served the best pina collada I ever had. It was a bit overcrowded but considering the short time on the boat it served its purpose. If you only have a day and u want to see buzios like we did I strongly recommend it. It was worth the long ride from Copacabana.

I am compelled to leave a negative review for this tour from Rio de Janeiro to Búzios. The experience was far from what was promised, and the service provided was utterly unacceptable. First, I specifically booked this tour under the assurance that it would be conducted in English, as I do not speak Spanish or Portuguese. However, upon arrival, I was placed on a bus where the tour was conducted entirely in Spanish. Unable to understand anything, I expressed my concerns to the tour guide, Catalina, and requested a refund since I could not participate as expected. Unfortunately, she was unable to communicate in English, and no solution was provided. After 30 minutes, Catalina assured me I would be transferred to another bus where English was spoken. To my dismay, the new bus conducted the tour in Portuguese, leaving me equally unable to follow along. Not only was the service I paid for completely different from what was delivered, but I was also blatantly lied to. This tour was an utter disappointment. It is unacceptable to mislead customers and fail to deliver on agreed upon services. For the price charged, I expected professionalism, honesty, and the experience I was promised. I strongly advise against booking this tour if you value transparency and quality service.

You will share a boat with other people who are not necessarily on the tour bus with you. Amazing!!!

Loved all parts of this experience. The tour guide gave us ample time to experience each stop and was engaging, taking photos of our group and making sure we were good. Loved the boat ride the most. My family swam at each stop, and the underwater pictures were great.

Lovely guide, lovely crew. Driver was a gentleman. Beautiful place. Nice snorkeling. None of the other passengers spoke English. Crew explained it all well

The trip from Rio de Janeiro to buzios is about 3 to 3 1/2 hours one way 6 to 7 hours round trip and we spent about 2 hours on the water. We where told that the excursion was going to involve 5 stops which it never happened after 3 stops they called it quits and went to have lunch and drove back to Rio de Janeiro. 6 to 7 hours of sitting on a bus for two hours in the water? NO THANK YOU. I would think twice before taking a tour like this again, there’s better things to do not to far away.

We waited at the lobby at 07.00 that pick us at 08.30 than we had to pick more people at the copacabana and the downtown we left 10.30 Rio the air conditioning didn’t work and the door of the bus had problems to open, we hav n Been promised lunch and we got tack at 17.00 we had to wait for the restaurant above 30 minutes in the warm weather, we didn’t have time to go around the city as we should go to the bus , the was supposed to end. At 21.30 we were at home 23.00, we are here for and 10 days we hope that you can refund some of the cost and Ofer us a free tour to Ilya de grande, we have been using this visitor I Cape Town without problems

We were picked up at the time everything very nice and within expectations. The boat was comfortable and the attention of its crew impeccable. The Mood very cheerful on the boat, then we went to a buffet with good food and finally ended up touring the center. The guide inspired a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Highly recommended the tour to Buzios although ideal to go for longer.

Our experience with the tour and with the travel agency can improve, in terms of punctuality there is no order to guarantee to arrive on time to the place, the weather conditions change day by day the agency has to inform these conditions as you can not enjoy the beach by heavy rains and we could change the date for another day we were not notified.
