This tour was fabulous! Erick is very knowledgeable of the region, which made our experience even more remarkable. I enjoyed it so much that I gave Erick a nice bottle of 1er Cru at the Chassgne-Montrachet (Picardi Family). The tour was very organized and the region is absolutely worth biding multiple times.
Eric was our tour guide for the day trip around Cote de Beaune and he is SUPER informed. He did a great job at teaching us about the different wines in the region and how to properly read the wine labels. The bike ride itself was easy WITH an E-Bike. I was reluctant to use one but since it was so freaking hot (98°F), they advised that it would be better and safer. Glad I chose an E-Bike for some of those uphills. I was still able to work my quads, the E-Bike gives you choices on how much work the you do vs the battery. The wine tastings were very well organized and fun. Got to try some amazing wines that I never would have otherwise. It was a total of 9 wine tastings with four at the first winery and five at the second (as advertised). Both wineries had very nice hosts whom were great resources for all of our questions! Lunch was good too, three courses (appetizer, main course, and dessert). Refreshing cucumbers in some white sauce, scallop potatoes and chicken, and some super sweet graham cracker with a chocolate-butter-scotch mousse thing. Wasn’t my taste but everything else was good! If you want to do a full day (9:30am-5:15pm) bike tour that does a good job at informing you about the region and provides actual examples of the variety in tastes—THIS is the bike tour for you.
This Burgundy bike tour was excellent! Eric was a great guide—very knowledgeable and fun! It was such a great experience to be so close to these famous vineyards and get to do two exceptional tastings. I highly recommend this tour!
Outstanding bike tour! Valentine, our guide, was very knowledgable! The wineries we went to were delicious! I highly recommend this tour. Make sure to get the e-bike option because there were a few steep hills. Also, some of the roads are very bumpy so make sure everyone is VERY comfortable with riding a bike.
We had a fabulous day. Eric was a patient and informative guide. The bikes were good quality and worked well. Despite searingly hot weather we had a great day. The two wineries we visited (of course) had great wine for us to taste and our lunch spot provided an excellent traditional meal. We can thoroughly recommend this for a day’s activity.
This was an incredible experience that felt unreal at times. Our guide Val was amazing and so kind. He made the tour so enjoyable with his energy and knowledge. It’s clear that he knows the area and the history, which made it that much easier to appreciate the wine. This whole experience was educational, eye opening, and something that I would recommend to anyone who loves wine, history, or being active.
Eric the great was the man. Knowledgable, funny and a warm person. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, and he made it a pleasure to sample some of the great wine. Most goated guy.
We were in Dijon for a conference and had the day off to explore the area, so we booked the full day tour starting from Beaune. Our guide was Valentin and he was FANTASTIC. He had so much knowledge of wine, the Bourgogne region, the history, and of course the best routes through all the towns. We were with another couple and he took the time to get to know all of us and to add on little side quests that he knew we would like. The biking was great and the wineries were wonderful. Highly recommend this tour if you enjoy biking, and wine, and learning from a local. :)
Amazing guided tour which will get you so much value for money! We had the 3 hour trip through Bourgogne with the sweetest and best teacher, Eric the Great, which you should hope to get as well 👍🇫🇷
Today (June 29, 2026) we were out with Eric. A private tour where we got all the details of this wine region very well explained. Various locations may experience a delicious tasting, where the specific elements of the wine are explained. Origin, lot and the grape variety. It was a super fun tour with a super fun guide. Eric, merci beaucoup!!
