Ich bin in Bukchon aufgewachsen, lange bevor es zu einem der meistbesuchten Viertel Seouls wurde. Im Februar 2025 begann ich nervös mit der Bukchon Storytelling Tour. Seitdem habe ich Gäste aus der ganzen Welt getroffen, und ihre großzügigen Bewertungen und ihr freundliches Feedback haben mich sehr belohnt. Diese Wanderung erkundet Bukchon, ein Viertel, das einst im Zentrum der Koreanischen Politik, Wirtschaft und Kultur von 1392 bis in die 1980er Jahre stand. Geführt von einem Geschichtenerzähler, der in Bukchon geboren und aufgewachsen ist – heute Filmemacher und Drehbuchautor an der Universität – wandeln Sie durch die verwinkelten Gassen und entdecken die Geschichten, die in ihnen verborgen sind. Als der König ohne Kronprinz stirbt, wird ein 11-jähriger Königsjunge, der hier geboren und aufgewachsen ist, der 26. König von Joseon. Die nächsten 10 Jahre regierte der Vater des Jungen von hier aus das Land. Erfahren Sie mehr über die faszinierende Geschichte des Unhyeonggung Palace und bestaunen Sie die herausragende Architektur dieser Zeit.

Mr Dong Kim is the best guide we’ve ever had in Seoul. As he was raised in this magnificent neighborhood, walking the streets and alleys with Mr Kim felt like reliving Korean history from the Joseon dynasty to modern Korea. This tour should always be a part of your visit to Bukchon Hanok Village!
