Wandern Sie mit freundlichem Guide zum Schloss der Könige in einem dichten Wald und bestaunen Sie eine der besten Aussichten Ungarns: den Großen Donaubogen. Dann gehen Sie in eine heiße Sauna oder an einen sandigen Donaustrand (optional). Wir heben 230 Meter in 3,5 km, 90 Minuten. Sehen Sie den majestätischen und mächtigen Fluss, wie er sich seinen Weg durch Berge schneidet! Downhill ist 50 Minuten und Mittagessen (optional) in einem lokalen Restaurant. Im Winter (Dez-Febr) ist das Schloss (4,7 von 17500 ppl) von Fr-So geöffnet, aber wir können jederzeit die Terrasse (die die Hauptattraktion ist) besuchen. In diesem Fall gebe ich Ihnen 2500 Huf/6 Euro zurück. Nicht riskieren, einfach kommen!

Nach der Abholung von Ihrer Unterkunft mit einem Privatwagen oder Minibus fahren wir eine Stunde in die berühmte Stadt Visegrád, einst die Hauptstadt Ungarns und Sitz der Könige. Dort lassen wir das Auto an der Donau stehen, betreten den dichten Wald aus riesigen, jahrhundertealten Bäumen und setzen den Weg fort. 90-minütige Wanderung zum Schloss, das auf einer hohen Klippe direkt über dem Fluss liegt und eine atemberaubende Landschaft bietet. Sehen Sie den berühmtesten Fluss Europas, der sich seinen Weg durch die Berge bahnt! Auf 3,5 km überwinden wir einen Höhenunterschied von 230 Metern und erreichen dann die Burg selbst, von wo aus wir die Aussicht genießen können. Sie haben Zeit, unzählige Fotos zu machen und optional die Wachsausstellung der feiernden Könige sowie die Jagd- und Waffenmuseen des Mittelalters zu besuchen.
Dann erreichen wir nach 15 Minuten Fahrt das beste SaunaHaus rund um Budapest, wo Sie sich nach den Outdoor-Abenteuern verwöhnen und das heiße und elegante Ambiente genießen können. Sie bieten verschiedene Saunaräume an: - Blocksauna (110 Grad Celsius) - Finnische Sauna (85 Grad Celsius) - Dampfbad (85 Grad Celsius) - Salzige Sauna (50 Grad Celsius) - Infralichtsauna + 2 Tauchbecken zur Abkühlung zwischen den Saunagängen. Sie haben auch eine Bar mit Getränken aller Art.

Thank you Zsolt for a great day out in nature- he will pick you up in his car and you'll have a privately guided hike through the woods. Hike time about 1 hour, not too much elevation gain, and come out to a beautiful valley just before reaching the castle grounds. Be prepared if it's a hot summer day. Visegrad is on a really beautiful spot on the Danube River. We went on a weekday so it was quiet and peaceful there. The lunch stop at a local caf afterwards was casual, hearty traditional home-cooking type dishes, no frills, then we chose the sauna option which was perfect after all the humidity and sun we got earlier- cold plunge pools, indoor and outdoor, alternating with some hot sauna time. You will be out all day, overall a unique excursion away from Budapest.

We loved Zsolt as a tour guide. We had to have been the slowest participants he has ever had, but he was extremely patient! This is a long day excursion and you better be able to do 2 - 80 minute hikes (one being uphill). Zsolt has a nice personality and great knowledge, so he’s the perfect person for this type of activity. My only regret is that I had taken more pics of the castle before reaching the top- small spot about 20 mins before where there is a good view through the trees!
Private ride to hiking spot! Zsolt was an amazing tour guide for the hike @ tour of the castle! Local cuisine for lunch was delicious. Sauna includes multiple saunas & plunges pools-very relaxing after the hike. Highly recommend this tour for a day outside of Budapest

I had an excellent time with Zsolt as my guide. This was my first day in Budapest after over 25 hours of flying. I was looking for an excursion that took me out of the city to nature, an opportunity to get out and hike as well as learn about the country. This trip did exactly that. Zsolt was accommodating, punctual and very Knowledgeable. It was like a day planned with a friend rather than a “tour.” Zsolt was quick to share information that I was interested in or for us to just enjoy nature as we hiked. It was only myself and Zsolt on this trip. After hiking, we had lunch and than went to the saunas before heading back to the city. I highly recommend this trip if hiking, history and a local sauna is what you are looking for. Dana
Incredible break from the business of Budapest. Lots to do here with a great hike, the castle and the river are beautiful views; and then the sauna is so relaxing at the end. Don't miss out on this trip!

We have spent a lovely day out there, I didn’t even know that there are sooo beautiful mountains nearby Budapest. The walk was easier than we have expected, so had more time in the castle. Those kings really had a great taste regarding placing their homes! The sauna is exclusive and we recommend this trip. Anita Joey
