We booked a 4-hour private tour in Budapest for 300 euros, expecting a fun and informative experience for our kids. Instead, it was disorganized, unengaging, and overpriced. The guide lacked enthusiasm, gave vague information, and failed to connect with the children. Not worth the cost—avoid!

So we were introduced to Gabriel through this tour- I must say we were extremely happy with how things went. He was both courteous but also caring - and highly knowledgeable. Beyond just knowing everything about major spots and sharing them in a fun filled manner, he also helped us to figure out how to spend time in the city and was there to guide us over the course of time even when the tour was done. Highly recommend Gabor for tours of Budapest. Gabor is very kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, and his vehicle is very comfortable and spacious. I did a half day tour with Gabor and having already seen some of the sites around Budapest he was able to customize my tour to cover things I had not seen. Throughout the tour, he taught me a lot about the history and culture of Hungary and its people. In addition, he showed me hidden gems and things around Budapest that even many of my Hungarian friends who had lived in the city for years did not know. He very clearly enjoys sharing his knowledge with guests and meeting new people; it makes the tour experience very fun as a guest to have a guide who is not only knowledgeable but very clearly enjoys his job. Lastly, his command of the English language is excellent: he is very easy to understand and communicates complicated concepts clearly and succinctly.
