Die Gruppe überquert die Donau auf der Margaretenbrücke und sieht von dort aus die faszinierende Aussicht.
Die Gäste kommen an der Oper und der St.-Stephans-Basilika vorbei und sehen das Äußere der zu Recht berühmten ungarischen architektonischen Meisterwerke.
Auf dem Weg zum Heldenplatz können die Gäste die Andrassy Avenue mit dem Opernhaus, dem Haus des Terrors und vielen Luxusgeschäften sehen.
Danach fährt die Gruppe in den Stadtpark. Sie passieren die Burg Vajdahunyad, Europas größtes Thermalbad (Széchenyi-Bad), den Budapester Zoo und den Es war einmal Park. Die Gruppe wird einen kurzen Fotostop auf dem Heldenplatz machen, der auch als Wahrzeichen von Budapest bekannt ist.

Die Turmfenster bieten den besten Panoramablick auf Budapest.

It was difficult to understand our guide when she was speaking English and she was trying to do our tour in both Spanish and English. She pointed out sites but didn’t give much background or history with them. Was not good. Totally skipped the Buda Castle … unless she covered it in Spanish.

Atilla was a great guide! The sites we visited were beautiful and well described. The bus was cool and comfortable and we could easily hear the narration. Convenient and good value. Only gripe is about other guests (chatting while the guide was talking, letting their young kids disrupt), but it’s hard to see how that could be controlled, as those guests were in charge of themselves. All in all, great experience.

This tour is well worth taking, and you get a lot of bang for your buck. Wise, friendly tourguide, comfortable ride, but you will do quite a bit of walking too. Adam ws a great guide who paid attention to the interests of his guests.
