Fabulous way to see a river city. We love getting on the water when we can and this was brilliant for late afternoon
It was amazing, I had a little trouble finding the place but in the end everything worked out and the staff waited for me to arrive.
A great time, lots of fun and a good way to see the city. A nice easy pace, good instruction and communication from Corey who was our guide.
Great morning on Brisbane River We did the 90minute kayaking tour and had a great time with our guide Hanka. The photos say it all 😎
This amazing kayak experience wasn't on my Bucket List, but it should have been. My guide Hanka provided a pleasant and comprehensive pre-paddle briefing and continuous sightseeing commentary along the journey to the Story Bridge and back - she even took photos and sent them to me. I did the midday paddle in brilliant weather, but think the late afternoon timing might be even better when the City lights are starting to come on. The only suggestion for improvement I would make is the provision of a rubber or foam kneeling-pad at the debarking point to assist with getting out of the kayak.
Great facilities and coffee to start, equipment was in good condition. After a good safety briefing we were off paddling. It was a calm trip sheltered from winds, and a good way to see the city on the river. Our guide Hanka was super friendly and full of info on Brisbane.
Was a wonderful trip. Lucas (Lukas?) was a great guide- patient yet time-conscious, clear in his instructions and made us feel very safe. We were a family of 4 and our kids (13 and 16yo) had never kayaked before. By the end of the trip, the older one had become really comfortable with the kayak and the younger one had a great introduction to kayaking :)
The tour was awesome. We could enjoy the tour fun and safe thanks to friendly instructor Daniel. The view of brisbane riverside was great and kayaking was exciting. We could also take lots of photos there.
I had a lovely time kayaking. Easy to find, nice walk over bridge to get there, and very friendly/helpful staff. Finished off with a coffee at Joey's Cafe. Highly recommended! :D
The rain was heavy when we arrived so we weren't sure we would get on the water, but our guide Hanka didn't hesitate and we really enjoyed our time on the river with her. In many ways the rain and fast flowing river made the experience more magical. Thanks Hanka!
