Overall it was good - a bit expensive but I wasn’t expecting it to be a reasonable price… Worth noting you need to be there at least 10mins before. They didn’t have this on the email with the tickets but the staff were strict on this.

Well worth doing. Great views of the remains of the old pier, main pier, all around Brighton and on a clear day even see the Isle of Wight!

Incredible experience as a tourist in the area. We were met at the ticket booth by Rasco (I believe this was his name) and he provided incredible service and a lovely chat while booking the tickets. He was also on the trip up the I360 and he was very knowledgeable at the top, giving lots of information on the surroundings and what we could see. Made for an all-round very pleasant experience and something I would thoroughly recommend.

What a great experience! I’m not a huge fan of heights so was nervous but the movement of the pod is gentle and the atmosphere inside is very soothing! Great to be able to have a drink and space to wander round at your own pace taking in the awesome views!

Great views at the top and appreciated the history of Brighton explanations from one of the staff on the pod. You can see right over to the white cliffs of Dover on the left and isle of wight to the right

Fantastic experience Fortunate to have good weather, however it would have been nice to have had shelter when waiting. Gift shop was bitterly disappointing however. Very little by way of gifts that related to the tower surprisingly. Drinks were a tad expensive in the capsule.

Perfect views, lovely atmosphere, not too many people per experience. You feel secure so I think someone scared of heights could cope with this. Very slow movement up and down. Bar area for drinks was great.

We bought all-day tickets on the day as this was right opposite our Hotel. We went around 7pm for the ride and it was efficient and all worked out. The rise is very smooth and it’s a great view as you rise above the hotels to a great height. There is enough time to look around, take photos and enjoy it before the descent. We enjoyed it - it’s a bit over-priced in my view -(but all day option is the most expensive choice and we wanted that flexibility) but worth doing once.

The staff were great, especially as my son decided he couldn’t go on. They were very supportive and spoke with him offering support. The ride itself goes up and down very smoothly. It was slightly overcast but still lovely views along the coastline, out to sea and back to the town.
