Ankunft in unserem gemütlichen kulinarischen Studio in Rios Südzone um 08:00 Uhr.
Sie werden mit einem Lächeln und einer Schürze von Ihrem lokalen Lehrer empfangen, leidenschaftlich, freundlich und bereit, die Aromen ihrer Kindheit Morgen zu teilen.
Zusammen werden Sie:
Backe Pão de queijo von Grund auf neu
Bereiten Sie eine rustikale Broa de Milho Maiskuchen
Mischen Sie Ihren eigenen Vitamina Tropical Smoothie
Wenn Gerichte zum Leben erwachen, genießen Sie eine geführte Verkostung von 3 brasilianischen Kaffees, jeder aus einer anderen Region und Profil, fruchtig, blumig, kühn.
Mittags wird ein bunter Aufstrich mit frischen Früchten und Säften der Saison serviert, der die Bühne für eine entspannte Brunch-Atmosphäre bereitet.
Zum Abschluss stoßen Sie mit unserer typischen Mango-Mimosa an, die aus brutigem Sekt und reifem Mango-Fruchtfleisch hergestellt wird.

Cooking Class Fun!

A must do in Rio
Amazingggg cooking class The chef was so knowledable and kind l. They give you plenty of coffee and so much food. Our favorite dish was the yucca balls paired with guava jam and Brazilian cream cheese😆

Crazy cooking class
