Absolutely shocking, we booked for the brewery tour with food via trip advisor and had the confirmation email as well as payment confirmation 24 hours before. We turned up at 2 separate locations (as there were 2 different addresses on the emails) to find one closed warehouse and one building site and no contact numbers that worked. Tried messaging trip advisor to be told it would take up to 7 days to respond despite the fact we are £130 (plus taxis out of pocket) -absolutely appalling

The tour guide never showed up. The brewery appeared to be closed and that was never communicated. If so, they should not have taken a reservation and full payment. I texted and called upon arrival and not a response. I’ve requested a full refund.

They cancelled the beer tour on the day citing technical issues, even after having promised to refund the payment last week it is still outstanding a refund. Now been 2 weeks and they have still to action the refund, thats poor customer service. I've raised a case with Paypal, so be careful how you pay... seems they are not bothered about customers.

Really enjoyed the tour with someone so clearly passionate and knowledgeable about his industry. Beer was good as were the burgers. Will re-visit if we ever come to Dubrovnik!

Rokko is a very hardworking knowledgeable brewmaster. The tour was very interesting, fun and unique! The beers were delicious and included something for everyone. The cheeseburger was very tasty! We loved learning the local history while also learning about the process involved in beer making, enjoyed our food and drink very much! My wife, who is not a beer drinker, even found several she really liked!

A really interesting tour of a small local brewery. The guide was very knowledgeable on the process and also the local political history and changes. The 'beer flight and food was a nice way to end the tour. A really good experience, thank you.

It’s only a small brewery so was quite short as you’d expect. More of a social chat with our knowledgeable guide than anything too in depth. Their beer is very good keg and some of it is very strong, unlike the UK they were all priced pretty much the same. Food was good too.

We loved visiting DBC and seeing the passion they have for beer. You learn a lot about the process and get some good food and a flight of beers. Our tour guide was a very nice woman, but I cannot remember her name. She was very knowledgeable and loves what she does, you can tell.

This is a fantastic activity for an afternoon! The guide was super detailed about the brewing process, from the ingredients they use to how long brewing takes, temperatures, she answered every question we had. We tasted a bit of IPA from the fermentation vat, so we could then also compare what this vs the final product tasted. We had an amazing burger with our beer tasting too so a great afternoon activity!
