Abfahrt vom Busbahnhof Wien Hauptbanhof, Südtiroler Platz, Bushaltestelle C1. Der Bus fährt um 09 : 50 Uhr ab. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Strecke von Wien nach Bratislava unbegleitet ist. Sie erhalten 7 Tage vor der Tour das Busticket per E-Mail zugeschickt. Busse nach Bratislava werden von SLOVAK LINES betrieben. Bitte seien Sie pünktlich am Busbahnhof. Bitte nehmen Sie Ihren Ausweis (EU) oder Reisepass (nicht EUR-Bürger) mit. Ankunft am Busbahnhof Bratislava Most SNP um 11 : 20 Uhr. Erste Haltestelle in Bratislava.
Um 11 : 20 Uhr planmäßige Ankunft an der Haltestelle Bratislava Most SNP Bus, der ersten Bushaltestelle in Bratislava. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich unter der Brücke. Freizeit in Bratislava für Kaffee oder Tee. Treffen mit dem Fortgeschrittener um 12:00 Uhr vor dem Haupteingang der Pension by Radisson Danube Hotel (das Hotel liegt nur 100 Meter von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, Sie überqueren gerade einen Zebrastreifen).
Um 12:00 Uhr beginnt Ihr Rundgang durch Bratislava. Während dieser einstündigen Führung werden Sie die Highlights der Altstadt von Bratislava entdecken, darunter die St. Martinskathedrale, die Academia Istropolitana, das Slowakische Nationaltheater (Opernhaus), den Primatenpalast, das ehemalige ungarische Parlamentsgebäude, das St. Michaelstor und viele andere historische Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Um 13:00 Uhr endet die Wanderung in einem lokalen Restaurant, wo Sie ein traditionelles slowakisches Mittagessen mit zwei Gängen genießen. Auf der Speisekarte steht Hühnerbrühe, gefolgt vom Nationalgericht der Slowakei, **Bryndzové Halušky** – traditionelle slowakische Kartoffelknödel mit cremigem Schafskäse (*bryndza*) und knusprigem Speck. Genießen Sie etwas Freizeit, um Bratislava in Ihrem eigenen Tempo zu erkunden. Very unaccomodating when I was late and missed the bus because they had not sent me the QR code, or made it very hard to find blaming me that it was sent. Ending up missing the whole tour and all they did was just blame me offering no help or solutions. Very poor customer service.
Dear Dominique, We sent you proof of the fact we sent you the bus tickets. We are very sorry you missed the bus, but this is beyond our control. Our guide waited you for more than 40 minutes. Also we have provided you the lunch, although as you had been non show, you did not have a right on it.
This tour was a great value for an introduction to Bratislava. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and helped us to get our bearings, the bus was clean and air conditioned, and lunch was delicious!
It was a nice and interesting day excursion to Bratislava from Vienna. Bratislava is definitely another hidden gem in Central Europe. Our tour guide, Daria, was well-informed and provided funny straightforward and intriguing explanations pertaining to various historical and cultural sites. The halušky were spectacular, soft, cheesy and flavorful from the slightly smoked bacon. I would highly recommend this brief day tour in the capital of Slovakia.

The guide focused his explanation on churches. The tour of the old city was very quick, with little explanation, and it left me wanting more. The lunch was of the worst quality.

Entendemos que la gastronomía local puede no ser del gusto de todos, pero se trata de una comida típica de Eslovaquia que forma parte de la experiencia cultural. Respecto a la guía, la excursión reservada era una tour en inglés, por lo que la explicación se realizó en ese idioma conforme a lo contratado. Lamentamos que el ritmo del paseo por el casco antiguo y el contenido de la explicación no hayan cumplido completamente sus expectativas. The tour is too short, an hour only. One has to take the bus going and coming back near the Vienna main train station; tickets included.

Wonderful trip. We met the guide in Bratislava, which seemed strange but was easy to navigate. Erica was a lovely guide. The city was wonderful, lovely to walk around. Lunch was good. Lovely day.

The free time is sufficient to appreciate Bratislava. The guided tour in French was interesting and our guide very friendly.

Make sure you leave the bus at the stop under the bridge. The Park Inn hotel was visible but there is another further stop that the bus makes. The meeting place location was perfect for toilets. Our guide Elka was lovely, very solicitors and knowledgeable. Only 8 people on our tour so able to hear Elka perfectly.
