1) Kommunikation ist der Schlüssel : Geben Sie Ihre bevorzugte Kommunikationsmethode (Telefonanruf, SMS oder eine bestimmte App) an und stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr Telefon bei der Ankunft aufgeladen und zugänglich ist. 2) Bezeichnete Treffpunkte: "Treffen Sie sich an der Gepäckausgabe" oder "Curbside, Tür 11". 3) Fluginformationen & Tracking : Teilen Sie Ihre Flugdaten (Fluggesellschaft und Flugnummer) mit, damit der Fahrer seinen Status verfolgen und seine Ankunftszeit entsprechend anpassen kann, insbesondere wenn es Verspätungen oder vorzeitige Ankunft gibt. 4) Gepäckabholzeit: Wenn Sie Gepäck aufgegeben haben, berücksichtigen Sie zusätzliche Zeit für die Gepäckabholung, insbesondere für internationale Ankünfte, die auch eine Zollabfertigung beinhalten können. Manchmal müssen sich Autofahrer außerhalb der Abholzone oder des kostenpflichtigen Parkplatzes bewegen, um Staus am Bordstein zu vermeiden. 8) Bleiben Sie auf unerwartete Änderungen vorbereitet : Der Flughafenbetrieb kann aufgrund von Wetter, Verkehr oder anderen unvorhergesehenen Ereignissen unvorhersehbar sein. Pickup was booked thru Viator. The company’s service was rated Excellent Quality. The description of the vehicle (luxury SUV) and the inclusions plus the overall rating is the reason I selected for pickup and drop off. The week of pickup I attempted to reach out to the company. The phone number didn’t work. I contacted Viator Customer Support and they experienced the same issue. I went to their website and when clicking on the chat option a different 504 number popped up. Apparently they changed their phone number but did not update their website. Arrival into MSY: the driver sent me a text; they were tracking the flight so they were aware the flight was late. However, when we met up with the driver, he did not provide luggage assistance per the inclusions. For some reason he thought he was picking up 3 passengers (always booked as 2 people). We also did not receive a cold beverage or snacks (also per the inclusions). When I asked about a bottle of water, he told me it was in the back of the vehicle. Next he says he has to stop at a gas station because there was no water. The water he bought was a case instead of buying bottles of cold water. When he drops us off he immediately asks us how the service was and to write a review. Then he mentions we didn’t appear to be happy (we have been on a red eye flight from LA), didn’t think that was an appropriate statement to make. Departure from NOLA: due to TSA delays, I requested a 4pm pickup time from the hotel. Received a text stating the driver was on his way (Time: around 1pm); I immediately called the company and reminded him our pickup time was 4pm. Later in the day, received a text they wanted to pick us up at 3pm or 3:30pm due to guests changing their pickup time anticipating airport delays. I selected 3:30pm; time was pushed to 3:44pm; next call came to tell me he had to send someone else and that the driver was waiting in a Toyota Sienna (not a luxury SUV). The driver wasn’t there. I believe he was sent to the wrong location. Driver arrived and did not help to load luggage and also thought there was 3 passengers. Were both vehicles clean? Yes Did the drivers handle the vehicle safely? Yes Did the booking offer the inclusions? No Airport delays may have caused unexpected challenges for the company on the return, but no excuse for the lack of service on day of arrival. Overall, the company did not meet expectations and will not use them again or recommend them.

Only a private car service from MSY, the service was great and we always help with luggage. The driver was there before you landed despite that your flight was very very late. Our driver, Mack Pierre, gave us a description of his vehicle: make, model, color and registration number. He told us which door at the New Orleans airport he would meet us at. We shared a pleasant conversation during our ride to the hotel, and he answered our questions about New Orleans. Excellent experience and service!

Wonderful transportation service. Our flight was delayed by 40 minutes and there was no issue, a simple text and our driver came back once we arrived. Very pleasant gentleman driver gave us tips on things to see.

Our first use and was extremely happy. We arrived early at the airport during a busy time of traffic and our driver kept us updated as to his progress through calls and texts. When he arrived at the airport he was professional and drove us to the hotel downtown safely. The vehicle was clean and comfortable.

Came across Boss Be Luxury Ride on Trip Advisor. We had great service for both airport transfers. Both drivers were friendly and professional. We were picked up in a Pacifica each time - very clean and comfortable. I would rebook if ever visiting NOLA again.

I paid for the one way VIP airport transfer for a group of five people. We have purchased several airport transfers where we were met with a greeter and received black car/SUV service so I thought this company would offer the same but it does not. We were not greeted inside which wasn’t a big deal but we were picked up in a blue van. Just be sure to ask what type of vehicle specifically when it just states “Dodge” in the description and the company picture looks like a luxury vehicle. However, the driver was very nice, the van was very clean, and we did receive Fiji water. Just expected more of a luxury type vehicle for the amount of money paid.

To respond to your opinion, when you book with us you are not booking a specific type of car but a safe Transfer with a luxury level of service. Therefore, all our cars are comfortable and our drivers are professionals. Given that you mentioned you have a lot of luggage and that you were a group of 5, we thought it was best to give you more space so that you could have a comfortable Transfer.
