I want to make clear that the staff onboard the boat were excellent. However, we were only told of our pick up time 1 hour before in the morning which meant we were rushing around to get ready. It stated wine is included but on the boat you had to pay an additional fee for wine, the paella was not good, one of us got 1 prawn, the other a few pieces of baby squid. We were told we would stop twice and that the second stop would be best for seeing fish, the second stop was where we ate food, but no one was offered to get into the water again. The journey was maximum 4 hours, which it does state between 4-5 hours but at least make it between this timeframe and not the shortest amount of time advertised. It also seemed that quite a few people were not initially booked onto this activity yet because a boat trip was cancelled in the morning they were bundled up onto our boat which made the boat have less space, it felt quite overpacked and not much room to move or do anything in peace and quiet. One group who had their morning activity cancelled were treated like royalty which made us feel like second class citizens on the boat. It was not what we expected and for the price we paid. We have reached out to the company for a partial refund and they have been silent. Not good customer service at all. We are continuing are argument to claim a partial refund.
Very recommendable and fun.
Great, chilled atmosphere. Crew on board were good fun, informative and very attentive. Excellency choice of drinks and the lunch was delicious. The welcome glass of Cava and tapas style snacks and pastries laid out were a lovely surprise! Plenty of time for swimming, snorkelling and paddle boarding.
Great experience amazing staff good fun, free drinks and food absolutely recommend
It's a nice idea if you want to discover something different on the island. The places were very beautiful and truly breathtaking. Unfortunately, the whole experience was spoiled by certain other passengers who were constantly dissatisfied and had to express it loudly at all times. (This started already on the way to the boat and almost made us cancel the trip).
Fantastic half day trip on the Stingray! Staff were amazing, thank you to the two captains - Kasha and Anal ( hope I got that name right ) The boat is super comfy, lovely comfy seating, plenty of room for everyone. Drinks and lovely food included and the crew were constantly making sure you had everything. You have to pay for cocktails and I highly recommend trying one or two. Kasha made the best Pina Colada I’ve had! We loved this boat trip so much…. we did it twice! I will definitely be doing it again when I return to Puerto Mogan!
Great relaxing trip (when we found the boat!) We had a hotel pick up which was great, our driver was very friendly. He dropped us off and said to ‘go down there’ which was a walkway through to the marina however as there were so many boats and no one to greet us we had to find Stingray catamaran ourselves which wasn’t easy but all was good when we did. Lunch was ok, opted for Spanish omelette as opposed to paella which was tasty. Soft drinks, lager and sangria were free flowing. There were about 20 passengers in total a nice number and wouldn’t have held many more anyway. All in all a nice way to spend a few hours 😊
We had a lovely trip today on the boat. The food and service was really good. The crew is very nice and do everything to make you feel comfortable. Thank you Arjen en captain onan for this lovely experience.
Cruise was totally awesome. Lovely enjoyed the trip. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything very well taken care of, you are not short of anything. We were picked up and brought back from San Augustin. The possibilities on board and the luxury were really perfect. 2 x eem possibility for swimming and with the paddle boards or snorkeling in very beautiful places. Food and drinks were very well taken care of and very tasty. Definitely worth it and for us 100% worth repeating.
Great team which is highly motivated to provide a great experience! If you book on short native you should give a call to align pick up time from a hotel if needed
