Nothing to see. Just a boat ride. From point A to point B. The commentary is just about landscapes and buildings
No need to pre-book, just turn up and get in the queue. The staff were extremely helpful, informing us when the next trip was leaving and exactly which gate to line up in front of. Very enjoyable trip around Cardiff Bay. Would recommend you try it.
Lovely informative trip in the bay. Safe and comfy seats. Even the sun came out to welcome us to Cardiff.
We went on a return journey of the Cardiff Bay Boat Tour. It was such a lovely experience and the audio guide was really interesting. Would definitely recommend! There are loads of restaurants in the immediate Cardiff Bay Area.
Where to find you? Is it first entry on your right after main entrance to the Cardiff Castle?
Great little boat trip around the bay, with some interesting facts and history voiced over. The weather was great so we were able to sit up top on the open top boat and enjoy the fresh air and great views.
It was a nice relaxed hour around the bay. Good commentary and interesting facts. Very easy to book and no problem at all getting on.
Gives a useful insight into the Cardiff Bay development and is a comfortable ride with good visibility. Have a coat with you as the water is always colder

Do not book We book for a 4:30pm tour upon arrival 15 minutes beforehand, we were told that this tour had been canceled and should have received an cancellation and option to rebook. We were told instead that we would be able to go on the 5pm tour but upon arrival this tour was never running. The lack of communication from the start was dreadful and different staff promising things that didn't exist. The fact that there are still options to book this on the website is disappointing. The only positive is that when emailing our complains we had a quick response and got a full refund within 5 working days
