Rosa was so helpful with our booking and arranged pick up for us. Boat and crew were top class with a great fun experience with top notch information on where we were visiting . Us as a family with a 10 year old and a 13 year old loved every minute of it. Great value and a high point of our holiday. Would genuinely recommend.
Wonderful experience, very good people to work with. Our cruise docked in Palma, we took a taxi across the island to Alcudia, had slight confusion finding the launch point, but one phone call and a What's App message cleared it up. The swimming and snorkeling was a lot of fun, the crew very honest and entertaining. After returning to the pier, it became evident that we would no be able to get a taxi back to Palma. Salvadore went above and beyond to make sure we were at the cruise pier before all aboard time. He and his family and staff are good people and a huge blessing to us in a stressful situation. We are so thankful!!!
This was so aweful. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. PICK ANY OTHER BOAT TOUR BUT THIS ONE. It is so bad what they did. They let you book when you search up Palma which is the city on the island, not the island, and it’s an hour and a half away from there!!!!! We did not realize it until we got off the boat thinking it was in that town. Wouldn’t even give us a refund at all! So terrible. I would give negative stars if I could.
Dear traveller, Before addressing the points raised in your review, we believe it is important to clarify one fundamental fact for future travellers. Despite the title “Horrible Experience”, your group unfortunately never actually experienced the excursion itself. Your review is therefore not based on the quality of our tour, our crew or the experience on board, but on a misunderstanding regarding the departure location and your decision not to attend. We believe this distinction is important for anyone reading these reviews. Reading your review, anyone could think that our excursion departs from Palma and that guests only discover the real departure point once they arrive. Fortunately, that is simply not true. Our boat tours have always departed from Port d’Alcúdia, in the north of Mallorca. We have never advertised departures from Palma, and every booking platform clearly states Port d’Alcúdia as the meeting point, together with maps, GPS directions and boarding instructions. There also appears to be some confusion between Palma, the capital city, and Mallorca, the island. Alcúdia is located around 60 km from Palma, which is approximately a 45-minute drive, not an hour and a half as stated in this review. Furthermore, at 8:00 a.m. on the day of the excursion, as we do with every guest, we sent a WhatsApp message containing the exact Google Maps location of the boarding point. Since departure was at 10:30 a.m., there was still ample time to reach the port. Unfortunately, the decision was made not to attend the excursion because the journey was considered too long. We completely respect that choice, but it is important for future travellers to understand that this is very different from the company cancelling the activity or changing the departure location. For that reason, our standard cancellation policy applies, offering a full refund only when cancellations are made at least 24 hours before departure. We have also noticed another review describing exactly the same incident from the same travelling party. We fully understand that everyone involved shared the same disappointment, but the facts remain exactly the same. In hundreds of reviews, this is the first time we have encountered a misunderstanding of this nature. Every year, thousands of guests travel from different parts of Mallorca to join our excursions without any difficulty because the departure location has always been clearly indicated. WARNING! This showed up as a port friendly tour when searching on viator. However, it is over an HOUR drive from the Palma de Mallorca port. We had no cell service until we disembarked the cruise ship. By the time we got to the very long taxi line, we would have been 30 minutes late to the boat tour so I called the boat tour company but they would not wait on us or offer a solution. This should have never showed up as a tour when searching Palma de Mallorca boat tours in the search engine. There was no warning or explanation that the tour is over an hour drive on the description. Additionally, the taxi system is not efficient at the port. Our family of 5 would have had to take two separate taxis. A round trip taxi for all 5 of us would have been over $400. Do not book this tour unless you want to pay an exorbitant amount for a taxi and travel over two hours round trip.

However, we feel it is important to clarify several statements in your review, as they do not accurately reflect what happened and may mislead future customers. First of all, our excursions operate from Port d’Alcúdia, in the north of Mallorca. We have never advertised this activity as departing from Palma. On every platform where we sell our tours, the departure point is clearly stated as Port d’Alcúdia, along with maps, directions and meeting point information. Of course, guests staying anywhere on the island are more than welcome to join us if they wish to travel to Alcúdia. Regarding transportation, the figure of over $400 for a taxi is simply incorrect. A taxi between Palma and Alcúdia is typically around €80 each way, which is significantly different from the amount stated in your review. You also mention that you missed the tour because you would have arrived 30 minutes late. In reality, throughout our conversation you informed us that you would not be attending because you realised the departure point was much farther away than you had expected. At no point were we told that you were travelling to Alcúdia or that you intended to arrive late. In addition, our cancellation policy is very clear and, we believe, extremely fair. We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before departure. Unfortunately, your call came at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the excursion, after we had already sent our standard morning message at 8:00 a.m. to all guests, reminding them of the boarding point and asking them to arrive in good time. Finally, we do not choose where Google or other search engines display our business. We appear in many searches because our excursions are highly rated and relevant to those looking for boat experiences in Mallorca. That is not something we manually control. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to realise that the excursion departed from Alcúdia rather than Palma. However, that frustration should not lead to statements that are factually incorrect, as they can unnecessarily confuse other travellers who rely on reviews to make informed decisions. This is the first time we have encountered a situation like this, and fortunately it is an exceptional case among hundreds of reviews from guests who had no difficulty finding our departure point. Had a wonderful time visiting the Blue Sea Caves adjacent to the Llevant Natural Park. It was the highlight of our trip to Mallorca.
Fantastic experience – highly recommended! We had an absolutely fantastic experience with My Sea Experience from start to finish. The crew welcomed us with genuine warmth and took excellent care of us throughout the entire trip. They were attentive, caring, and always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The tour itself was amazing. We visited beautiful sea caves, swam inside them, and enjoyed snorkeling in crystal-clear waters. The crew shared interesting stories along the way, and even the music on board created a wonderful atmosphere. One thing we especially appreciated was their strong focus on safety. Both on the boat and during the swimming and snorkeling activities, the crew gave clear instructions and guidance, making sure everyone felt safe and well looked after. That was very important to us and made the experience even more enjoyable. The boat was modern and comfortable, and the hotel pickup and return were perfectly organized and on time. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and we can highly recommend My Sea Experience to anyone visiting Mallorca!
Brilliant trip, i highly recommend! Was exactly as it looks in the instagram page. Beautiful scenery, snorkeling great. Definitely recommend the 3 hour trip anything less would have felt too short as we had such a nice time. Perfectly organized and a very friendly team.

The experience was very cool. Perhaps a bit expensive because there were 5 of us, but we enjoyed it a lot. We went snorkeling and swam in the cave. We didn't have much time to grab the table because there were so many of us, but we still liked it.
It was an amazing experience with very decent fee ( approx 65 Eur per person), nice atmosphere due to the guys in the staff, who did their best ( all of them) to make all quests feel well accomodated. We did the trip with full boat😉.
