A superb afternoon at Polowood - archery - axe throwing, knife throwing and shooting - our guide Ethan was excellent as a tutor. A great way to spend an afternoon- highly recommended- good site - friendly staff, well organised.

We have visit the place on Sunday after 2pm. The whole experience was great team was lovely and the members of staff were great and very supportive. Teaching us a lot ! Will be back for sure

Brilliant experience a brilliant introductory to different sports which will tailor make your day according to your abilities. Really friendly and knowledgable staff really make it a Quality day !

I booked the 1 hour archery session for my girlfriend and I as we wanted something a little different to do that would be fun. We drove down a small track and found the car park. The staff were great, both at the car park and the driver who took us up the hill to the site. The site is great, set within a ring of trees at the top of a rise. The setup was good and very soon we were with our 'guide' and ready to start. My girlfriend is quite* competitive and started really well. This is so much fun. It was our guides first day - you would never have known. The hour went by so quickly and we both said we would be back (this in part due to the fact I won the competition by one point). We were dropped back down at the car park and went into Brighton for the afternoon. We would thoroughly recommend taking a trip to Polowood Shooting Ground and trying one of the activities.

Had a fantastic time doing archery the layout was excellent. The instructor Ollie was very good gave some great tips. The facilities were good and very clean. Will definitely go back.

Archery shooting experience for the first time :) was so much fun! I loved loved it!! The business owner - Gary picked me up from the meeting point and drove few minutes to the ground; then drove me back after session ended. On arrival I was offered tea or coffee :) Approachable, Friendly and inviting people - keep it up! Olie was the instructor for this session. The instruction of the session was clear and informative. He was around for the whole hour (made me feel safe). Full of patience - he brought down himself to the beginner level (my level) and used encouraging words… a great instructor!! He was professional as well as funny and humorous . He made my first experience fun and joyful. Thanks 🤩 Thank you polowood shooting ground team, will definitely coming back:)

Just had an amazing family archery session with Ethan, he was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The staff could not have been any better, we will definitely be coming back again. Thank you all again.
