Lassen Sie sich in Ihrem Hotel abholen und fahren Sie in Richtung Rabil, dem zweitgrößten Dorf in Boa Vista. Treffen Sie dort die Einheimischen und besuchen Sie eine lokale Handwerksproduktion und schätzen Sie die Arbeit von Handwerkern, die sich der Herstellung dekorativer Stücke aus Ton aus dem Barreiro widmen
Sie werden durch die Povoação Velha fahren und einige Häuser besuchen, die aus handgefertigten irdenen Ziegeln und Strohdächern gebaut wurden. Einige sind noch intakt. Bis 1810 war es die Hauptstadt der Insel. Für ältere Menschen war dies die Geschichte von Boa Vista geboren und war die erste Stadt, die besiedelt wurde.
Weiter geht es in Richtung Santa Monica, der als der schönste Strand des Archipels und einer der schönsten Strände der Welt gilt, mit 22 km weißem Wüstensand, einsamen Stränden, fabelhaftem heißem Wasser, rein und kristallklar
Die Tour fährt weiter den ganzen langen Strand entlang, so dass Sie alle Schönheiten des Strandes genießen können, der mit den atemberaubenden Dünen endet. Sie flankieren die Küste mit einem wunderschönen Panorama und einer Aussicht und erreichen die Höhlen von Varandinha, die auf natürliche Weise durch die Erosion des Meeres in den Dünen entstanden sind.
Danach fahren Sie nach Morro de Area, bis Sie an den letzten Stellen, dem Strand von Chaves, ankommen.

Für Gäste, die im Hotel Riu Touareg übernachten, ist der Abhol- und Bringservice nicht im Reisepreis enthalten. Für die Abholung und Rückgabe am Hotel Riu Touareg ist eine zusätzliche Gebühr zu entrichten. Die Abholung erfolgt am Haupteingang vor dem Hotel. Nicht an der Rezeption, da es dort sehr voll sein kann.

Very friendly guides, very familiar with the history of their country
It seems the organizers did not pay too much attention to the selected language and most was explained in portuguese. The englisch information was always much shorter and seemed to have less content, which I could confirm during a different tour, during which I visited partially the same spots and got a lot more insights. So, going to the lovely beaches, seeing the landscapes and sitting out in the back of a pickup is a lot of fun. Taking care of guests can be improved.

All I can say is wow. My husband and I were the only two on the tour so it was basically a private tour. Right from the start we knew we were in for a wonderful trip. We saw parts of the island that you wouldn't see if you just took a stroll. We saw some incredible sights, turtles, sharks, sparrow hawks to name just a few. Our guide and driver were so incredibly helpful and generous with their time. We weren't rushed at any point, and the amount of information we were given was amazing. Santa Monica beach is just incredible. Would 100% recommend.
Half day tour booked via TUI. Picked up from hotel and to another hotel for some.more passe gers then off to Rabil. It was lovely seeing parts of the island that I wouldn't have usually seen. Friendly village locals and some great history to be learnt from.thw rep. Once of main roads can be a bit bump, especially when off road going to Santa Monica beach. Lovely experience, bought some gifts from the locals and had a really nice time. 10yr old daughter loved the sandblasting. Nice little bar on Santa Monica beach. Ask TUI to drive you up ther if you're not that into beaches or going in the sea. They will gladly drive you over (cannot walk due to distance/terrain) where you can sit, admire the view and watch the world go by. Bliss.

Impeccable, friendly, efficient staff without exception. Hotel in need of general repairs (Riu Touareg) It's a shame the kilometers of beach have a practically inaccessible sea. Very pleasant animation. Weak drinks (all inclusive)
