Wir holen Sie in Ihrem Hotel oder Ihrer Unterkunft ab! Ein erfahrener Ortskundiger Reiseleiter holt Sie innerhalb von 3 Meilen vom Stadtzentrum (One North Pack Square) von Ihrer Unterkunft ab oder trifft Sie im Asheville Visitor Center, wenn Sie außerhalb dieser Entfernung bleiben. Der Ausflug führt Sie durch wunderschöne Berglandschaften auf dem Weg zu drei beeindruckenden Wasserfällen und zwei geschützten Wäldern sowie einer malerischen Fahrt entlang des Blue Ridge Parkway (wetterabhängig), um die atemberaubende Aussicht rund um diese legendäre Straße zu entdecken, die zwei Nationalparks verbindet. Wir bieten bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten in einem klimatisierten Van. Getränke/Snacks sind inbegriffen. WICHTIG Der Gast sollte darauf vorbereitet sein, auf dem Wanderabschnitt dieser Tour über einen Zeitraum von 2 Stunden etwa 3 Meilen zu laufen, einschließlich Stopps an den Wasserfällen, und Sie sollten sich wohl fühlen, diese Strecke zu gehen, bevor Sie eine Buchung vornehmen. Die Tour ist nicht für Kinder unter 12 Jahren geeignet. Gegen 13:30 Uhr kehren wir nach Asheville zurück.

Die Tour beinhaltet eine Fahrt entlang des Blue Ridge Parkway, (wenn geöffnet), einem amerikanischen Schatz, der für seine malerische Schönheit und bemerkenswerte Bergblicke bekannt ist. (Anmerkung: In den Wintermonaten kann der Blue Ridge Parkway wegen Eis und Schnee geschlossen sein)
Lehnen Sie sich zurück, entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie diese atemberaubende Fahrt zu unserem ersten Wasserfall im Pisgah National Forest, bevor Sie ein kurzes Stück weiterfahren, um zwei weitere Wasserfälle in einem wunderschönen Staatsforst zu besuchen. Unterwegs hören Sie interessante Geschichten über die reiche Geschichte der Gegend, die seit Generationen Menschen hierher zieht.
Tragen Sie bequeme Schuhe oder Wanderstiefel für den etwa 5 km langen Wanderabschnitt der Tour auf Wegen der Schwierigkeitsgrade leicht bis mittelschwer. Unterwegs gibt es Pausen, bei denen Sie Zeit haben, die Wasserfälle zu genießen. Snacks und Getränke sind im Preis inbegriffen. Bringen Sie einen kleinen Tagesrucksack mit, wenn Sie einen haben. Ihre Tour endet mit dem Rücktransport zu Ihrem Hotel, so dass Sie den Rest des Nachmittags nach Belieben gestalten können.

Wenn Sie sich außerhalb dieses Bereichs befinden, können wir uns im treffen: Asheville Visitor Center 36 Montford Avenue Asheville NC 28801. Der Parkplatz ist sicher / kostenlos und wir sind auch dort Mitglieder.

We’ve been to the Carolina mountains several times, but never had a chance to see the waterfalls. This tour sounded perfect, and it absolutely was better than expected. We were picked up at our hotel by our tour guide, Tony, who I can’t say enough good things about. The van was very comfortable, with big windows for a great view. The waterfalls were amazing!!! Loved each and every stop, the hiking was wonderful & pretty easy. This is a tour iI enjoyed so much, I didn’t want it to end. I HIGHLY recommend!

Our tour guide Tony picked us up & returned us to our hotel, which was so convenient since we did not rent a car. He drove safely and the drive was beautiful! We learned a lot of interesting facts about the mountains and the forests that we visited! Tony took great pics of us as well 🙂 Snacks and water were provided! I hope to do this trip again with my son and husband in the future!

Tony was absolutely amazing and incredibly professional. I decided to take a birthday trip from Texas to Asheville, North Carolina, and wanted to experience the beauty of the mountains. From the very beginning, Tony made the experience exceptional by personally picking up each hiker from their hotel, which was both thoughtful and appreciated. The tour itself was outstanding. Beautiful views of the mountains from an overlook, 2.7 mile walk/hike through the forest(no bugs!), with slight elevations. No rush, take the time to stop for a few seconds whenever necessary. Tony is an excellent guide- nice personality, good driver, with great information. Water bottles and snacks(great variety) provided. Many opportunities to use restrooms before and after the hike. Oh, beautiful waterfalls!
