Beginnen Sie Ihre Reise von einem zentralen Treffpunkt in Saranda und reisen Sie bequem durch malerische Landschaften zum Blauen Auge. Genießen Sie eine einzigartige Panoramafahrt mit dem Zug, die Sie näher an die Quelle bringt und einen entspannten und malerischen Zugang zu einem der berühmtesten Naturwunder Albaniens bietet. Im Blue Eye haben Sie freie Zeit, das kristallklare Wasser zu bewundern, Fotos zu machen, einen Kaffee zu genießen oder einfach in der Natur zu entspannen. Danach kehren Sie in Ihrem eigenen Tempo mit einem kurzen Spaziergang zurück zum Parkplatz. Die Erfahrung geht weiter zum Schloss Lekursi, wo Sie einen atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang über Saranda, Ksamil, Korfu, den Butrintsee, den Bistrica Fluss und das Ionische Meer genießen können. Rückkehr nach Saranda mit unvergesslichen Erinnerungen an Albaniens berühmteste Küsten- und Naturhighlights.

Reiseverlauf
Unser Reiseleiter erwartet Sie an unserem Treffpunkt und dann fahren wir zur Quelle des Blauen Auges. Unterwegs sehen wir den Fluss Bistrica mit seinem klaren Wasser, viele verschiedene Bäume und einen Naturwald. Nachdem wir den Parkplatz erreicht haben, sollten wir etwa 12 Minuten zur Quelle des Blauen Auges laufen (optional mit dem Zug – 3 € pro Strecke). Wir haben Zeit für Fotos, probieren das kalte Wasser des Blauen Auges und machen eine Kaffeepause.
Der letzte Ort ist die Burg Lekursi. Wir werden pünktlich da sein, um einen atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang von der Burg aus zu erleben, einem der höchsten Orte der Stadt. Von hier aus können wir das Ionische Meer, den Fluss Bistrica, den Butrinti-See, die Stadt Sarande sowie Dörfer um Korfu und Ksamil sehen.

We found this tour on Booking.com, and it seemed like the perfect fit for our family. We were really impressed by the price for the four of us, especially for a 3–4 hour afternoon excursion. The meeting point was very easy to find, and we were transported in a comfortable, air-conditioned minibus, which was much appreciated in the heat. Our tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout. They were especially wonderful with our boys, particularly our 5-year-old, who loves getting involved in everything! The Blue Eye was absolutely spectacular. It’s such a beautiful place to spend a few hours, and it was fascinating to learn more about it from our guides. The little train ride was a fun addition too! We did pay to take the train back to the parking area as the walk was a bit too long for the boys (and me 🤣). On the way back to the van, everyone was given a cold bottle of water, which we thought was a lovely, thoughtful touch. Our final stop at the castle was the perfect way to end the afternoon. Watching the sunset there was beautiful, and we’ve already decided we’re going to return for dinner. Overall, we were extremely happy with the tour and thought it offered excellent value for money. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The tour was nice; the guide was very helpful! We were a little late and they kindly waited for us. It was also raining thar that but they came prepared and had umbrellas for everyone. Not much to see at the Blue Eye but the castle was very nice.
