A real scam ! We were with our 2 5 and 8 years old kids and when we came aboard we found out no one had a like jacket ! We were 15 people on a boat which would allow maybe 8 people max… We asked for a refund at the beginning and the director just refused saying we had ask to go back to the pier because we were scared for our children. Never book there, take a private boat that’s much safier and better !!

Our tickets are non-refundable once the tour has started, as clearly stated in our booking conditions. Our boats carry life jackets and required safety equipment for every passenger, including children, and we would never operate in a way that puts the life or safety of a child, parent, or any guest at risk. In your case, the boat departed as scheduled. Shortly after departure, the captain assessed the situation and decided to return to the pier because it was clear that you and your children were not comfortable with the sea conditions. This decision was made for your safety, not because the tour could not operate. A shared speedboat tour is a real sea experience, and sea conditions, waves and movement are part of that experience. Like other scheduled activities, a tour is not automatically cancelled or refunded because an individual passenger later feels uncomfortable with conditions that the captain considers safe to navigate. Calling our business a “scam” is therefore unfair. We provide the service advertised, use appropriate safety equipment and rely on experienced captains to make safety decisions at sea. For families who are particularly uncomfortable with waves or who require a completely personalized pace, we strongly recommend booking a private boat rather than a shared tour in the future.
