We had an amazing boat trip to Capri! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Our captain was very friendly, professional, and showed us all the most beautiful spots around the island, including stunning caves and breathtaking views. It was an unforgettable experience, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Capri. Thank you for a wonderful day!

It was a wonderful experience, Marco and Glory were more than kind, highly recommended. I accidentally dropped my sunglasses into the ocean and Marco recovered them by diving, such a nice guy.

Turquoise waters, spectacular caves and unique views: the boat ride on Capri is a magical experience that offers authentic and unforgettable emotions.
Terrible customer service! At 8:00 pm the night before the boat ride - the operator of the trip changed the location and time for pick up the next day. My transportation to the location had to be rescheduled - I was called 5 minutes after due arrival time - I said I was parking my car - the boat captain said too bad I’m leaving! I was in the parking lot at the new location pick up spot and they said they would not wait! The cost of the trip was near $400! That is a lot to not get any refund for a trip I didn’t get to go on!

The crew was so nice and friendly. They did a great job of showing us points of interest and sharing little stories. We stopped and swam a couple of times and the crew would check in to make sure everyone was ok and having fun. The boat was very nice and well maintained. Capri was beautiful and had a lot of people. I would definitely recommend this tour.
Never again!!!! Initially booked a boat with max 6 persons needed to change card and was given boat with 12 passengers. Got to dock. Boat operator was incredibly rude when we asked about the mixup. Proceeded to tell our group we weren’t getting a refund continued to berate us loudly in front of other passengers. Boat was clearly too small to hold 12. When we said this the operator continued to be loud and rude and we said we couldn’t even fit on the boat. It was embarrassing to say the least. The boat pulled off laughing without us on it. We wound up booking another private boat directly at the pier and had an awesome time. Would NOT recommmend. And Viator customer service is trash!
Sorry for the bad review, but I think I don't deserve it. You booked a shared boat Max 12 people through viator because you wanted a private boat from me.
