Blick auf Roatan und Strand

Beschreibung

That you can see so much in one day and learn so much about the island. William was great he made sure we saw things and did things we didn’t know existed. I highly recommend him.
Chapin took me out on an amazing tour of the east side of the island. Did some snorkeling and checked out some untouched beachs. Best day I had on the island while I was there for a month. Chapin is the man!!!
Alter our guide was able to locate us after being sent to wrong ship dock, Our tour guide was very informative, so professional. His name was Allen. He knew all the right places to show off his island.
Had an absolutely wonderful day with Artmon while visiting Roatan, including a city tour with information on local life experiences, culture, and much more. We visited a local chocolate factory in West Bay and then a beach break tailored to our wishes. We will definitely use Roatan Anderson Tours and request Artmon when we return to Roatan in January.
Thank u for your feedback it's very important to us and thank you again for choosing us for your Roatan Excursion
Beware of this "tour". You don't get to hop on and hop off. You are taken to a "chocolate factory" which is nothing more than a gimmick. This isn't a factory and we weren't impressed with the chocolate. I had no idea this was part of the "tour". Then we were taken to a restaurant. The problem was, we didn't want to have lunch. We didn't want to stop here, but here we were, nonetheless. We invited the bus driver to sit with us at our table. There were no other vacant seats. The driver orders food and then without asking, has the audacity to have his meal put on our bill. We were coerced to pay for his $25 lunch. This tour is a rip off. BEWARE!!!
Its a open tour that you can be free to do and go where ever you want and do what ever activities atract your eyes the chocolate factory you get a tour of the facility and see how the chocolayte is been made before your eyes. Normaly if you invite someone to sit with you for lunch is because your inviting them something to eat well at least thats howit is here
Be aware they call it hop on hop off bus, but it's not, it's a driver with a personal car taking you places. Sometimes tiny car with no seat belts. Also they ask you to pay $20 per person just to get to free beach. Only chair is included in $20 fee. You can't get in without paying. Rum factory is just a store that sells rum. Chocolate factory is also a store, but at least they make chocolate there. Beach is overcrowded with people, boats and jet skis spilling oil over water where you swim . To be fair a driver was a nice guy. You still can have fun, island is beautiful, but adjust your expectations.
Hi sorry for your experience yes we have busses to take you around but if we don't have enough people to operate we give u a private car and a private driver to show u around to don't lose your day but am sorry for doing so and trying to not make u lose your day while seeing the island
Our issue was with the booking. Said you could cancel with 24 hours notice. We were to arrive by cruise ship on Feb 14th, however, our itinerary was changed 9 days prior to booking to Feb 15th. I emailed several times, tried to change or cancel daily, however, the bookings site to manage or cancel your booking is non-existent. Continuously said n/a check back later. I even had my daughter back home trying. They didn’t have a problem letting me know several times that my excursion was coming up and that the cost was Going to be charged to my card. Very disappointing and I’m just out the money
Hi hope all is well i had driver outside the ort waiting for you guys i didnt made the chargrs but am the one inchrge of making sure all guest get to do their tour we have people that make tha mistake all the time nd they come out meet us an do their tour
When your cruise ship docks it’s a crazy & loud & confusing situation. How nice it was to find our driver & get away from all the chaos. Was nice not to be loaded into a bus or van with bunches of other travelers. Just the 2 of us in a air conditioned comfortable van & leave the pandaemonium behind. Our driver was very personable but we didn’t remember his name.
In Roatan we were picked up and took a trip around the island. The guide named Ron W. from Anderson Tours was very friendly, he attended us very well, told us about the island with knowledge and walked us safely. It is 100% recommended.
Our tour guide, Murphy, was very nice and informative of Roatan. He brought us to places which he thought we would like such as the chocolate factory and Rum store. Also, we asked him to bring us to a local place for lunch and he suggested and brought us to The Paradise.
