Driver was great. Very careful on the road and did his best to get around the language barrier.

We spent a wonderful day in Furano and surrounding areas. Our driver, Tommy, was excellent. I had low expectations given we va were traveling in August, but the flower farms were still stunning. The Blue pond is amazing. The only non perfect part of our day was lunch. We stopped at Furano Marche which had a cafe/bakery, a smoothie shop, a place that sold food in pastry and a wagyu burger shop. Tried the wagyu burger. It was tasteless except for the yummy slice of tomato. Pilsner beer was excellent. Highly recommend having melon ice cream or smoothie and the Furano melon is really delicious. Altogether a great day.

We had a wonderful experience with Ayako as our driver and guide to Furano and Biei. She was professional, courteous, polished, and genuinely kind throughout the day, always making sure we were comfortable and explaining our itinerary in detail. Ayako is an excellent driver — safe, smooth, and remarkably punctual. We were on time or even early to every stop, and she arrived back at our hotel exactly 10 hours after pickup, give or take a minute. Her Alphard was immaculately clean, which made the long day even more enjoyable. What really set her apart was how thoughtfully she planned each stop. At Shikisai no Oka, she suggested we rent a cart so we could see the whole property without feeling rushed during our one-hour window — a tip that made all the difference. She even handed us umbrellas before one stop simply because the sky looked cloudy, and sure enough, it rained about 30 minutes later. Every part of the day felt carefully planned, and we never once felt hurried. We're so grateful to have had Ayako as our driver — she made the trip truly memorable.

Careful, attentive driving with good suggestions and a pleasant demeanor. Spent the day touring Furano highlights including farms, nature and popular attractions. Driver is knowledgeable and kind with good technology skills to translate when necessary. Definitely will refer friends.

This was an incredible day and trip!! We had ample time to explore the farms, gardens, waterfalls, and hills. We also were brought to a very local ramen shop that was the best we ever had!

The trip from Sapporo to Furano was a lovely drive through the countryside. The flower farms were beautiful and the Biei blue pond was breathtaking. It was crowded but apparently we got lucky as it wasn’t as bad that day. Pick a weekday to avoid the crowds. Our personal driver Andrew C was a great driver and very well informed about the sites. It also helped that we could communicate in English. I highly recommend this day trip option. Great for families with daughters taking instagram photos. The schedule is full of things to see and do but we never felt rushed.

Guide was excellent, not English speaking but we got by with Google translate. The drive is very far but broken up nicely by our guide. The personalization of the tour allowed us to adjust the itinerary to avoid some of the crowds.

This trip was absolutely worth it. Our driver, Koichi, was very kind, thoughtful and attentive throughout the day, which made the long journey comfortable and relaxing. He took great care of us, and every place we visited was incredibly beautiful. The itinerary was well planned, and we would happily recommend this experience to others.

The stops were interesting and the time at each stop was adequate. The driver was very accommodating despite speaking a little English. We very much enjoyed this tour. Tried all recommended flavors of ice cream and observed flowers at peak bloom.

Masaru was an excellent and very safe driver. It wasn't the most ideal weather on the day of our trip but we made the best of the trip regardless. Will definitely visit Sapporo again.
