Bad experience!!!

Never got picked up. Not one answer about why or how to get refund. Not at the time I was waiting t the pick up spot and not after. When I called (which I did a lot) the phone was never answered. The lady from my hotel also tried. It looked like a good company but unfortunately it was the only bad thing that happened to me while my 4weeks trip in Costa Rica. They did take my money so still waiting on any reply. Sorry to put this here like this but it's the only thing I can do.

Not worth the expense

The only nice thing about snorkeling. Wonderful the amount of fish and diversity. Turtle Island a total disappointment: coptada of carp that looks like an invasion of gypsies. The beach with clear water, but full of stones and broken sacks, and people everywhere. Good lunch, but for usd 90 should have included something better.

Christmas in Paradise

Our guide Percy was very knowledgeable, amusing, engaging, patient, and fun! We learned so much on the bus ride to the boat that the time seemed to fly by. He made sure we recognized our driver and boat operator for the behind the scenes work, which I thought was considerate. The food (breakfast on your own, lunch and fruit snack provided) was ok. I was glad for the regular availability of coffee given the early start. Snorkeling was great as was the dolphin watching from the boat. We got to see a family of dolphins up close! And of course the beach did not disappoint! We truly enjoyed this full day excursion!

Very pretty place.

Tour was fun! Got to see amazing fish snorkelling including a pufferfish. We also saw dolphins and a humpback whale, and our guides would follow the animals a little so we could see them. We also saw a crocodile on the way back. It did feel a little disorganised but other than that it was pretty good. If you have dietary needs they will try their best to adhere to them! Yes the toilets do cost, and so do the beach chairs. I think it was around $8 dollars for the chairs and around 500/600 colones for the toilets. It wasn’t extreme prices but just know this before booking so you have money on you.

Not worth the money.

– Not Worth the Price We booked a pricey tour to Tortuga Island that promised a light breakfast, snorkeling, a banana boat ride, lunch on the beach, and beach chairs. We paid extra for the all inclusive option for 3 people. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The boat arrived late, and the “light breakfast” was just a ham sandwich and a piece of watermelon. Snorkeling was a huge letdown — the water was so murky you couldn’t see a thing, and after five minutes, we were told to get back on the boat. We had paid an extra $35 per person for snorkeling, and the only compensation offered was two alcoholic drinks. Lunch was basic and average, and while drinks like water, coffee, and soda were complimentary, it didn’t make up for the overall value. Beach chairs were scarce and unorganized, and we had to dig one out and find our own spot. The banana boat ride was the highlight — fun and well-run. The staff were kind and helpful, like most people in Costa Rica. The island itself is beautiful, but overcrowded and simply not worth the high cost. For a better experience, visit Playa Blanca or Manuel Antonio on your own — you’ll get more for your money.

False expectations !!!

Very expensive for, the service, bad diet, raw rice, salad without dressings hard protein, fruit mince, without variety, improvisation of dressing rooms , there are no suitable places, a house for this purpose, they did not wait for the dolphins to come out, they left us retired in front of the hotel of collection in the middle of downpour, only coffee without cookies.

The Rain Didn’t Win

On time pickup, good driver, efficient stop in Orotina for food and souvenirs. Guillermo was a great guide on the boat and Tortuga island. We saw wildlife and a dolphin family. Fun time all around!

Professional workers

Bus Driver & Tour Guide were great! Very professional. They were knowledgeable and organized. My only complaint was the beach itself. Not what was expected at all. Beach was rocky and not swimming friendly. Other then the beach good time overall
