Dies ist ein weiteres Kaskadenpaar, das Sie sehen müssen, wenn Sie Lombok besuchen. Der Name Benang Setokel liegt in der Regio Central Lombok, nur eineinhalb Autostunden entfernt. Dieser Wasserfall besteht aus zwei Ebenen und jeweils 20 Meter hoch. Das Wasser kommt von einem Fluss stromaufwärts am Berg Rinjani. Der Lingsar-Tempel als größter Schrein der Insel Lombok existiert seit 1714 und wurde von Ketut Karangasem König Nachfolger erbaut. Dieser Schrein ist eine Vereinigung zwischen Hinduismus und islamischem Wektu Telu. Das beste Kulturerbe des antiken Wasserpalastes Narmada. Die Nachbildung des Rinjani-Gipfels und des Kratersees wurde 1805 vom König von Mataram erbaut. Der alte König baute diesen Palast, als er nicht mehr in der Lage war, den 3,726 Rinjani zu besteigen

Our driver Andy was such a lovely relaxed & informative man. Our local guide Ricco was very helpful & always offering support anytime I needed help especially with the very high steps. The trip was amazing & the waterfalls were beautiful 🤩 a must see when in Lombok. I am 66 & my husband is 71 & we walked the entire way. Very doable if you are relatively in good shape. I would recommend this day trip to Benang Setokel & Benang Kelambu. Lesley 🇦🇺

Great trip to see the waterfalls. Andy offered excellent communication, arranging the trip for us at short notice. He was friendly, knowledgeable and picked us up on time. At the waterfall, he’d arranged a local guide to take us up - she was amazing with our 5yo daughter, and gave us plenty of time to walk up at our own pace. The waterfalls were beautiful, and well worth the easy walk. On the way down, we’d arranged with Andy to get a short moped ride back down, which my daughter loved! There we stopped for some lunch (best nasi goreng I had through the whole trip!), before Andy drove us home again. Would recommend!

I booked last minute, and was thankful that they were able to accommodate me. The freelance guide that I got was really good. He was informative and was genuinely passionate about what he was doing. Most importantly, he wasn't at all pushy about using his services again, and that made me feel very comfortable. There aren't many tour guides who will put passion above money. The rating is one star less because I am not sure how much of what I paid (which isn't cheap by local standard) goes to the tour guide instead of the company.
