We received perfect instructions on where to meet Cap’n Mike. The tour was awesome, with some excellent history and tips, plus we also had the opportunity to see part of the parade of ships.

What an incredible experience! Even as a lifelong New Yorker, I learned so much thanks to our amazing captain, Mike. He shared fascinating facts and stories about the city's landmarks that I had never heard before, making the tour both fun and incredibly informative. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does. The boat was comfortable, the views were spectacular, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a unique way to experience New York City whether you're a visitor or a local, I can't recommend NYCbySea enough. Be sure to ask for Captain Mike if you can. Five stars all the way!

This was unbelievable. There is nothing like a personalized tour of the harbor and rivers. John was amazing. He had so much knowledge of history, geography, and interesting/little-known tidbits. A great guy who is an expert on the water and knew the perfect setup for pictures. I have done both the one- and two-hour tours. If you can swing it, the longer outing is well worth it.

This was one of my five events 4 five decades on earth bday theme party. The communication was top notch the views was breathtaking we had so much fun we told Capt will he gained 6 wives.. well worth the price we even had him singing with us and he also tried to learn to dance lolol he made sure we got plenty of pictures we played music. We were able to do a Champaign toast for my bday. It was spectacular

Absolutely fantastic couple of hours spent with John today. He gave a brilliant commentary as we were travelling along the Hudson and East Rivers, he took lots of photos of us with the best backgrounds of the city. We wouldn’t hesitate to do this tour again. The boat was perfect and we had a good selection of music to listen to, certainly a lot better than being crammed in on a boat with hundreds of people.

Great way to see the city and surrounding areas. John was an excellent captain and guide. Took time to explain the history of the shoreline and the chance to take photos. Highly recommend for the excellent customer care and communication. They go above and beyond.

What a day! Perfect weather! Amazing experience. Worth every dime! From the knowledge, seeing Manhattan and the skyline in an intimate setting and experiencing it with my son was awesome!

This is a best NYC tour I ever have. The captain Mike an amazing. You can see all beautiful parts of the City from the water which is making a vew unforgettable.

Best part of our trip! I cannot recommend taking this luxury boat tour enough! First of all Mike, the boat owner and our captain the day we were on board, is a great guy. He was so patient with helping my elderly parents get on and off the boat. He gave a great deal of interesting information, but didn't overtalk like some folks do on tours. He made sure all along the way that we were having a great te and took pics of us at all the best spots to grabs pics. He answered all my silly questions and was just lovely. Seeing Lady Liberty from the Hudson is so moving. Totally worth the cost to do this instead of the larger boats.
