Ano Mera auf Mykonos ist nach Chora (Hauptstadt) das zweitgrößte Dorf und liegt in der Nähe von Ano Mera mit dem Kloster Panagia Tourliani, dessen Hauptkirche eine hervorragende Sammlung von Ikonen eines kretischen Malers sowie heilige Gefäße und Gewänder beherbergt. Der schöne Glockenturm und der Marmorbrunnen liegen im Innenhof und sind sehenswert. Ano Mera beherbergt auch einige Tavernen entlang des Hauptplatzes, in denen Sie traditionelle Gerichte zu normalen Preisen probieren können. Cafés und Konditoreien liegen auch rund um die Plätze der ältesten Dörfer der Insel. Wir machen Halt für eine köstliche griechische Mezze-Platte, gefüllt mit Fladenbrot, Dips, frischem Gemüse und Käse, kombiniert mit dem Nationalgetränk OUZO, die perfekte Art, eine Menschenmenge zu ernähren und perfekt für die Unterhaltung!!
Ftelia-Strand – Seine nördliche Lage hat den Strand zu einem Paradies für Windsurfer gemacht, da hier fast immer ein starker Wind weht. Der Strand ist auch für die dort gefundene berühmte neolithische Siedlung bekannt, bei der es sich vermutlich um das Grab des antiken Ilias-Kriegshelden Ajax dem Lokreer handelt. Ftelia ist ein abgelegener, sehr ruhiger Ort und selbst während der geschäftigen Mykonos-Monate Juli und August ist es nicht sehr überfüllt, da es oft recht windig und staubig ist.
Ein schöner Spaziergang durch die Hauptstadt von Mykonos und die Entdeckung ihrer labyrinthischen Straßen voller Geschichte und Glamour. Sie werden die wunderschöne Architektur in Kombination mit den Geschäften internationaler Marken genießen können. Wir machen eine kleine Reise zurück in die Vergangenheit. Berühmte Windmühlen, Klein-Venedig und mit etwas Glück treffen wir das berühmte Maskottchen der Insel, den Pelikan Pietro.

We went with Carla on a private day tour in Mykonos, she is an excellent Guide, she was very patient with us as we were with young children and helped us a lot to go to our times. His passion for explaining things very patiently is evident and he talked to us in detail about many important Mykonos facts that we had no idea about. Thanks to it we were able to make the most of our one day there and get to know the whole island.

Our guide Carla was very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. She took us to May great opportunities for beautiful photos and to some areas where the locals enjoy as well. She moved at our pace and explained many details of the history of the area to us.

Talk about a great tour.. came to Mykonos without booking anything. (Should have) But than k god we were able to book a tour with Carla.. Carla's knowledge of the island is impeccable. She took us of the beaten bath and we were able to see the parts of Mykonos that we wouldn't have known existed if it wasn't four our marvelous tour guide. If you are ever in Mykonos you should definitely look Carla up and have her give you a tour of the island... TOTALLY worth it . Thanks Carla :)
