I have written before....conformation #1737490499 Ref.# 1354405053 Date tour was to be done was Feb 17th. Cruise ship was Princess Regal. My husband and I could not find the meeting place. We had left the ship without our directions and I thought we were to meet at the 7-11 and to look for a tour guide in a red shirt. Went to 7-11 and no one was there. went back to the ship to get the paper work and the room steward already disposed of your trash..Went back to area and looked for about an hour for the tour company. Had two days in Cozumel and tried again the next day. I know we were at fault for not understanding the directions for the meeting place. Cruise director even tired to help us get in contact with you, When I wrote you about this after returning home, I was told the tour would be honored on our next trip to Cozumel. Our children have gifted us a cruise for our 50th wedding anniversary and will be in Cozumel on June 2nd. Is your kind offer still available? This was the only tour we wanted to do in Cozumel.

A great excursion! Loved the historical stops, ruins, food and beach and tequila tasting!! Really enjoyed the couple, Tiffany & Gill from NY, our fellow tourists!

Our tour guide did very little to inform us of the history and culture of the island. When I asked about facts of the island, like population, highest elevation, etc. he had no idea of the answer. I would expect the tour guide to be a bit more knowledgeable about the place they are providing a tour. Would not have booked this tour if I had known how poorly run it was.
We are very sorry to hear about your experience and it would be very helpful if you could let us know the guide's name so we can train them if necessary.
Very nice experience with Caesar who walked us all over the island and always sought to please us. He took the time to explain by speaking soft English to us French. A very nice guide.

They do not represent themselves well, No correct name of the company on uniform to identify them. No good communication on the meeting place at the cruise port. We looked and waited around a long time.
Dear Guest, As the owner of this company, I am aware of what happened with your tour. The meeting point instructions were sent to you in a timely manner, along with a map and a link to locate it. Unfortunately, you did not follow the instructions and even arrived an hour late, claiming you didn't know it was local time, even though it was clearly stated in the instructions. Gizmo, our tour guide, was amazing. He made our trip fun and exciting. You get to see the non touristic sites and the tequila tasing hit the spot. We even got to see a live salt water crocodile. His name is Poncho.

Arturo was an excellent guide for our day in Cozumel. He tailored the day for things we wanted to do, spending more or less time at every spot based on our interests. He was fun and attentive, providing everything needed to have such a fun day! I would highly recommend!

This was a great excursion, off the beaten path. Carlos was able to give us lots of history and facts about Cozumel and answered all of our questions. He took us to the Mayan Cultural center where we were treated like ‘familia’. We had a private demonstration of native Mayan dance and got to taste tequila, honey & chocolate. Plus some yummy pork taquitos! Then he took us around to the east side of the island where we saw beautiful beaches and ate a delicious lunch. We then went off roading to go see a cenote and then spent about an hour at the beach where we were able to swim and snorkel. Carlos was great and we were able to do everything at our own pace. Highly recommend!
