From the start, we had excellent service from Exploor Peru. The coordination was impressive. We did the 2 day Sacred Valley & Machu Picchu tour. The guides were excellent throughout; the cars comfortable and the drivers very good. We enjoyed the two days immensely without having to worry about logistics as everything was taken care of exactly as promised. We would highly recommend Exploor Peru.

Every turn of a corner produced a pleasant surprise or something better than we expected. The guides were so knowledgeable and the drivers were so adept!!! (Drivers in Cusco are a MUST!) the communication was clear and prompt. One night my phone fell out in the car, and I didn’t notice until about 15 minutes after the driver had gone. We texted the company, they got in touch with the driver who immediately checked his car, found it, and returned to the hotel All within 30 minutes!!!! I was so panicked but they were so good!I will definitely use Exploor again!!! Thank you so much!

We had an amazing experience on our tour. The entire trip was very well planned, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. At first, we thought the walk to lunch was a bit far, but the meal at Café Inkaterra was absolutely delicious and completely worth it — it truly made up for the distance. We’re especially grateful to Maik for making our time in the Sacred Valley so special. His explanations at Moray were insightful and easy to understand, and he created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the day. Rosa was also incredibly kind and thoughtful. She genuinely cared about our experience and even ensured we reached the train station smoothly, which we really appreciated. We also want to thank our driver for taking the longer but safer route, and for kindly waiting for us for over half an hour due to the train delay. A big thank you as well to Roger, who was always informative and patient in answering all my questions. His support helped make our Machu Picchu tour even more meaningful and memorable. Fantastic custom private tour with Exploor! Flawless from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout. We worked with Konsti to curate a trip that included all hotels and transfers. The guides were outstanding. Thorough with many additional elements you do not have with large groups. All transfers were on time and we were accompanied into the airport for our flights and met upon arrival. When there was an issue with PeruRail, Exploor maintained constant communication guiding us to the best possible outcome and had a driver waiting for us despite the late night. The use of WhatsApp made the process so easy and all details of the upcoming day were sent out well in advance, including pictures of our transfer agent and guides. They also loaded all tickets and details with TripPlans app. Worked perfectly on or offline. We highly recommend Exploor for your travel plans!

This group is excellent. Before the tours, Konsti was so responsive to our requests and gave us wonderful options. We were met at the ship and driven to the airport hotel. We were met at Cusco airport and driven to the Sacred Valley. The box lunch provided was excellent. The Aranwa Hotel and Wellness' accommodations were first class. It is very remote, but pure perfection. I enjoyed a hot stone massage by Nairuth. One of the best treatments I've ever had. I wish there were more superlatives I could use. The best was yet to come Karina was our guide from then on. Her depth of knowledge and her pride in her Inca heritage is admirable. Garold, the driver, was also very helpful when we needed to stopbat a pharmacy. On a personal note, I had altitude sickness, even with the meds and hydration. Karina was so caring and flexible and still provided a very interesting and enjoyable tour. The only thing I would do differently is plan this trip 20 years ago. Plan your trip with Exploor Peru and you will not regret it.

I went to Peru with my husband. We set up the whole trip with the help of Erik at Exploor. We had the best experience. All of our guides were amazing, Martha in Zlims, Karina in Cusco, Peter in Machu Picchu and Liliana to the Cusco airport. Not only were they all knowledgeable and personable but they made sure that everything went smoothly from the time we set foot in Peru until we left. All of the drivers that we had for the tours were great as well. One of our favorite experiences was with the Mismaney community. The Iberostar hotel in Miraflores, Peru was in such a great location. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The Aranwa in the Sacred Valley was a perfect spot for us to relax and enjoy a message. The Inkaterra in Machu Picchu couldn’t have been better. We flew from Lima to Cusco and back and the flights were arraigned by Exploor. The Peru Rail to Agua Calientes and back from Ollantaytambo was so easy with the help of our guides, as well as the bus to Machu Picchu. We had a wonderful pachamanca lunch before leaving for Agua Calientes at ElAbergue. We would highly recommend Exploor and can’t imagine using anyone else.

Would highly recommend this tour and exploor in general. There was great communication throughout, the whole trip ran very smoothly and most of all the sights and experience itself was fun and one of the highlights of our trip! They went above and beyond to accommodate changes to the itinerary for us (we wanted to climb huayna picchu too) and each of the guides we had were enthusiastic and knowledgable. Would absolutely recommend to all.
