Captain Lester is responsible and skillful. He took us halibut fishing, along with code fishing and king salmon trolling. We got 15 fish in total as a group of two. I like how he taught me how to jig or bounce. And I leanrt to tell whether a fish is on or not. I also like the private charter style of this company because it's flexible and relaxing.

Captain Tony is the goat. This fishing trip was amazing. Boat was pristine. The gear was super tight. We grabbed halibut, king salmon and lots of other fish. This is a must do in Ketchikan. Go birds!

We booked this excursion outside of our cruise line for 4 people. Captain Grayson was amazing! He met us right at the cruise dock early as our ship arrived early. 3 of 4 of us had little to no experience fishing and wow what an amazing experience. We caught not only halibut but got to try fishing for a bunch of other fish as well. We caught tons of fish! Captain Grayson was super friendly and we could all tell he just loved what he does and is really passionate about his job. We all said if we could we would definitely come back to Ketchikan and fish with him again. He dropped us off back at the dock on time and gave us some recommendations for a few bars to visit after. If you’re on the fence about booking this, you will not be disappointed!

Had an amazing time out with KFFC. We got on the fish early and stayed on them throughout the day. The boat and the gear were top notch. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a once in a lifetime fishing experience!

Our guide Lucas was knowledgeable and had us on fish instantly. His favorite fishing companion (dog named Louie) was friendly and a big hit for us.
