My experience was interesting. Everything started off good, except when I went back to the meeting point thirty minutes before the time I was supposed to meet back there. I waited for over an hour when I came to realization that the bus left me. Thankfully I was able to get a signal & call an Uber. For others in the future who book this explore for thirty minutes on your own & immediately after look for your guide!

I booked a tour of the Teotihuacan pyramids with Paseos Olmedo but was not provided the services that I was promised. The tour guide stated that I would receive a message listing all the possible pickup times and locations the day before the event. However, the message I received listed only pickup times in the afternoon when I had signed up for the morning tour. (I signed up for 7:35am, all the listed pickup times were 12:25pm and after.) So I asked to get the correct pickup times for the morning through Tripadvisor Messages but was only told "Gracias" ("Thank you") in return, which of course did not resolve anything. I then messaged them back asking the same question in Spanish just in case, and there was absolutely no reply. I kept messaging them follow-up questions just in case but again was met with silence. Therefore, I had absolutely no idea WHERE I was supposed to for pickup nor did I know WHEN I was supposed to show up at the pickup location, which of course then prevented me from attending the tour because the operator had left me with zero information to work with. I ended up requesting a chargeback of the transaction which was successfully approved.

Absolutely fantastic word visiting every time you are in Mexico if you can price very cheap through TripAdvisor the guide phenomenal Ivan it’s his name hope hedoesn’t mind that I mention him he was excellent and explaining what? And what not souvenirs plenty if you got money bring money, cause they’re not cheap but where to buy them get a hat cause you need it in the sun period. Apologies for the bad grammar.

I highly recommend this amazing experience! Loved it! (Bring sun umbrella and water!) Ernesto was an absolutely outstanding guide. He is a professional archaeologist as well as tour guide and he provided tremendously fascinating historical insights. Wow. He was very open to all my questions and very kind. Raul was also very knowledgeable and Mario was also nice. Jesus, the driver, was good at navigating the nice, air-conditioned bus. I also enjoyed the coffee, granola bars, and especially the “Mexican breakfast” (tequila and mezcal tasting)! ;)

We had an awesome tour with Ernesto! The entire experience was awesome. A very chill ride with Jesus driving our bus- we slept the whole way. The large group was broken up into smaller groups with two other guides who seemed nice so wasn’t too crowded! The other guides Rahool & Mario also seemed very kind when they led the entire group through instructions. The tour ended up taking about 3 hours total & our guide Ernesto was very friendly, funny & informative! We learned so much. My husband who hasn’t done a tour but been to teotihuacan before said this was his best visit as they took us through areas he hadn’t seen before & learned so much throughout. I feel like this experience wouldn’t have been even 10% of what we got had we not hired this tour. Thank you all!!

If you love to learn about the history and culture of Teotihuacan then Ernesto is the guide you should go with! Learnt lots about the site in a fun and humorous way!

Good Service. Punctual bus and no unnecessary stops. Raul was a very good and knowledgeable guide. Spend 3h onsite which was just right for me. If you are very interested in archeology, this might not be enough, however.
