The trip was very interesting and truly inspiring . To go from lake Como all the way up to the Alps in Switzerland and pass through all the season and weathers was amazing! Beautiful landscapes ,pictures in snow and feelds of fresh grass! The sudden change from green to white ... Waterfals and rivers, frozen lakes and small villages during that day made me think of how people live there in cold! The guide was profesional and very sweet to tell us all the story with such patience despite speaking both English and Spanish language fluently! We took some great pictures for my painting collection and I liked it very much. The only bad thiong was that you sit the whole day because it is a bus drive than train and bus again! but already tomorrow with a good sleap all was already ok .Any person can find a bad in all good so people cpould say whatever they want, but if you like landscapes and nature this will be a great wxperience .I can not think of anything bad .My brain still travels 2 days after looking at the end of the red train and enjoying the snow and fresh air! I will always remember this day
Katia is an amazing guide! Very knowledgeable. The Bernina Express was such an experience going through the Swiss Alps on the way to St. Moritz!
We had a great time on this tour. We booked the tour with Lake Como and the train. The views were amazing. Our tour guide Simona was very friendly.
Great tour, the views were amazing on the Bernina red train and Lake Como. Our guide Simons and driver were friendly.
We loved the red train through the alps and the stop at both lake Como and St Moritz. Our drivers were skilful through the mountain passes and our guide Cristina was friendly and knowledgeable . I would highly recommend.
Do not go during Easter weekend. We were a family of 3. My 11 yo daughter, my deaf elderly mother, and myself. We were separated on more than one occasion. We were unable to sit together on the train ride as everyone was pushing and running past us. And during the train ride other passengers on the tour were extremely rude and not allowing other people to open their windows. . It was very disappointing that other patrons were bullying the people sitting by the windows. The train ride was HOT due to people screaming anytime the window was opened. The tour guide did nothing to mitigate this and did not even ride in the same train car. I had told her that I needed to stay near my deaf mother and young daughter and if she could help us sit together. She did not even bother to respond. I had to stand the entire train ride to be near them. Then on the return bus ride our seats were taken by other passengers and we were separated once again. It was not worth the money to be separated. We wanted to experience a beautiful train ride together but the memories are ruined by the overcrowding and rude pushy guests. I suggest doing this tour in the off season.
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to read about your experience and especially regret that your tour did not meet expectations while traveling with your daughter and your elderly mother with special needs. We sincerely apologize and fully understand how disappointing this must have been. Supporting families and guests with special requirements should always be a priority, and we are very sorry this was not adequately handled in this case. We also regret to hear about the uncomfortable conditions on the train and the behavior of some fellow passengers, as well as the lack of timely intervention from the tour guide. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide and we will address this issue seriously. We always do our very best to ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, and we are sincerely sorry that, due to the exceptionally high attendance during the Easter weekend, we were not able to deliver that level of service on this occasion. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide you with the seamless and enjoyable experience you originally hoped for. Kind regards, Serena
Fantastic tour, starting with the organization, exit and explanations of the Marco Guide. Snow-covered mountains, frozen lakes, beautiful city. Travel in a panoramic train, allowing to record valuable moments of life.
Serena
It was an amazing experience. Everything was perfect, all the tour staff spotless. Perhaps you could offer the tour with the option of the train that has the glazed roof.
Serena
Service of the guide Simona, as well as the drivers, impeccable!! Everything very well organized! Why above expectations? After I booked, I realized the train wasn't first class. However, this 'second', has the windows that can drop, greatly improving the vision and air circulation! The route is beautiful, impervious. St Moritz is beautiful. We had lunch in Tirano, still in Italy, at the restaurant Parravicini and ate a pizzoccheri, the typical dish of the region. Very good restaurant, this dish pretty much. Do not miss!!
The tour was amazing, Franco our guide did an excellent job giving a clear and detailed explanation. One is very impressed by the beautiful landscapes. I would have liked more time in Torino and St. Louis. Moritz.
