My night in the desert will remain my best experience during my solo trip to Rajasthan. A peaceful place far from any noise pollution with only the stars and the vast surrounding wilderness for company. Kamal and the rest of the team are the safest and most caring people I have ever met. The food was incredible with very few tourists around. For the camel Kamal offers nights under the stars or in his camp near the village where he grew up. Kamal is a respectful and trustworthy person, he is also very accommodating and helpful, so do not hesitate to contact him. A beautiful person in a pure place 🐪✨✨🐪 a magic moment of communion and peace inside and out
was a great experience. recommend out of all the tours this one was the best if you are doing a camel safari this is the best one
Perfect safari auethentic desert experience in Barna. Highly recommend for small group. Good food, great crew, best sunset and sunrise spot and your beds are comfortable. Overall best time!
It was great to be able to enjoy the desert and nature to the fullest! The desert, camels, sand dunes, wildlife, starry skies, camping with a great sense of freedom, delicious food, friendly staff - everything was great. As the name suggests, it was a private space with no other tour companies. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a quiet and relaxing time. Next time, I'd definitely like to bring my partner.
Our guide Shambhu, a true desert boy, was the perfect companion for this trip. He led us through the desert to where we could pitch up for the night, cooked up a feast and managed to teach us how to make chapatis in the process! The night was sensational, we decided to place our camp beds up on a sand dune, with the stars above us and the desert plain in front. Sunset and sunrise were breathtaking! The landscape made up of a mix of sandy dunes and desert bush resembles one of a movie set. We came for the sand, but truly we stayed for that infinite green from the cacti, desert flowers and trees. Riding our camels back the next day after Shambhu’s cooked breakfast and chai, with the morning sun high above us, felt like we were part of a Silk Road caravan of yesteryear, or an Indian remake of an old western. Definitely the highlight of our trip!
So great moments with Shambhu and his friend and camels, all was perfect . We enjoid so nice people
A while back we had an amazing 3 days and 2 nights in the dessert. Shamboe was the sweetest and a super relax guide. We were just with my partner and Shamboe and that was a very nice quite experience.the camel’s were awesome, we had long drives, like we wanted and a back to basic camp in the dessert, with no luxe but with the stars, campfire, super great Indian food and the best friends!
Super friendly, gorgeous place and generally an amazing trip. Would love to visit again if I had time. The tour was quiet and stars were beautiful
Amazing experience with wonderful people. All hosts were very kind and accomodating; made you feel safe and at home. Camels were easy to ride and beautiful also.
Kamal, his brothers, and the rest of the team lead an amazing experience on camels and in the desert. Shambu was out lead guide while we were out in the desert on camels, and he was a fabulous host, answering our questions, sharing stories, and cooking with us! We opted to make the second day a full day out in the desert rather than coming home in the morning, and it was the best decision. The full day out in the desert was peaceful, quiet, and nature-filled—a welcomed reprieve from more lively cities and towns. Book a tour with this crew! You won’t regret it.
