Berliner Trabitour mit Fortgeschrittener 1Std15Min

Awesome way to see Berlin. Worth every penny. Cars were great. Everyone was videoing and taking pictures as we drove through the city. Our guide(so mad we forgot his name) was perfect. Do it!

Booked a tour on a day when much of the historic centre had road closures so we didn’t go the usual route, and therefore didn’t see many of the expected sights. No notice unfortunately. I know it’s outside of their control but I assume they had knowledge of the planned road closures and could have contacted us. Also was told that we could swap drivers half way through but this did it happen which was disappointing.

We were 4 girls in two cars out of 5 cars (last in row) and had a huge blast, this was so much fun. The trip is 1h 15min, but we went for much longer then that 👌🏽 no matter what, this is for sure value for money. It takes some gas to keep the oldschool East German Trabant, two-stroke going, which doesn't exactly sound well-oiled - gear by the steering wheel and off you go. A bit nervous in the beginning but we handled it quickly. This was iconic! A fantastic way of sightseeing in a different way. There is a guide speaking through the radio, telling you the stories as we drive but the sound was not that clear, and one of our cars had to shut it off bc it was only noise like an old walkie talkie. The only tiny minus. Otherwise this was amazing and we laugh and smile through it all. Pedestrians smiled, waved and took pictures as we driver by. We definitely recommend 🚗👏🏼 we also got a firm handshake and highly praise for the Danish driving, the guide didn’t see that coming bc we ofc slayed it and the others maybe less - so Denmark keep up the great statistics. 💃🏽💃🏼💃🏻💃🏾

A real authentic experience, driving the streets of Berlin from a car that is iconic of the soviet era. I found the Trabi to be surprisingly easy to drive and once you get the hang of it the clutch is very good.

A very unique experience. Stressful as hell, and I have experience driving old manual cars, e.g. 70s Fords. But this was more like driving an old tractor. Not for the faint hearted, but an excellent thing to do if you have the constitution for it. I'm pretty sure I accidentally went into reverse twice along the route 🙈. Our guide, Harold I think, was a lovely guy and we had a nice chat afterwards (as me and my wife downed a much needed post-drive beer back at the kiosk). Highly recommend but not for the nervous!!!

This was a highlight of my trip to Berlin! It was such a great way to see the city, wonderful experience and a great guide. So much fun. Highlights for me were driving through Checkpoint Charlie and along the Eastside Gallery.

Fantastic tour of Berlin. Information in the cars via radio. Leader made sure everybody kept up. Highly recommended.
