First time I used the service. Hotel's concierge recommended me to use this company. The staff is very professional. The counter is located inside the terminal. The best service!!
Booked in a week in advance to ensure it’s available. Staffs checked booking information in few minutes, storage done.

Good service, impressive, very attentive to every customer. All employees are very cute, very friendly, smiling, very comfortable, hassle-free, just leave your bag at Bellugg and fill in your information, you can go shopping with peace of mind. When you want to come back to get your bag, you just show the receipt and passport. You can pick up your bag and wait for no more than 2 minutes. If there is a chance, I will definitely come back to use Bellugg's service again.

Very helpful staff and round-the-clock service. The team at the luggage storage counter was friendly and informative. I had an overnight train to catch and didn’t want to lug my suitcase around all day. Being able to store my bags late in the evening and pick them up early the next morning was a huge convenience. It’s comforting to know they never close.

I was initially hesitant about leaving my valuables in a storage facility, but everything was well-organized and secure. Being open 24 hours a day is a huge plus, especially when many hotels won’t hold luggage after check-out. The staff was helpful and even offered tourist tips. If the price were slightly lower, I’d give it a full five stars.
