Sie können Ihre handgefertigten Pralinen in einer schönen goldenen Schachtel mit nach Hause nehmen und die herrliche heiße Schokolade probieren! Wir stellen Ihnen alle Rezepte und das nötige Wissen zur Verfügung, damit Sie es später zu Hause selbst machen können! Während sich andere Workshops darauf beschränken, Dinge in die Schokolade zu tauchen, lernen Sie in unserem Workshop wirklich, wie man Pralinen von Grund auf selbst herstellt!

Good reception. Everything was prepared. Clear explanation about the chocolate. unfortunately 1 min point we had to share with 3 people, 1 work place. But for 3 people chocolate. Made chocolates first and in between chocolate chips.
A bit disappointed with the experience. We found the class to be boring. Guide hard to understand and overall wouldn’t do the chocolate making course again.

Fantastic workshop to learn about chocolate and have fun making pralines! Definitely make time to take this workshop.
We had a lot of fun. Nathan was a great teacher. We learned a lot about chocolate and the art of chocolate making. We made filled chocolates, ganache and mendiants. Highly recommended
We never got to the tour. Had internet issues with att. Finally gave up and bought eSIMs cards. Asked vendor to reschedule for appropriate date and time. They could not accommodate.
The instructor was a bit soft spoken so hard to hear. The chocolate we made was a bit chalky and gritty the next day, perhaps a tempering issue. It was informative and interesting.
Fun, hands on experience in small group setting . Instructor knowledgeable and demonstrated each step clearly. She walked around to check on everyone and allowed for creativity . Left with a yummy box full of chocolates !
From the sweet smell of chocolate as we entered the workshop, to the easy directions, fun nature of our chocolate expert Ralph, and the chocolate surprise at the end, this fun workshop fit right into our perfect exploration of Brugge.
The chocolate workshop was amazing! We made delicious chocolates (filled and flat), enjoyed hot chocolate and learned about some history and some chocolate making technique. Sasha was a wonderful host and the chocolates were delicious. The place was well air conditioned, though there are steps to get in and a flight of steps to get upstairs, which may be difficult for some folks. Additionally, the workshop involved a lot of standing. We had a great time, but some folks may want to call about being downstairs for the class if the stairs are an issue.
Amazing chocolate making workshop! We had so much fun learning how to make pralines & mendiants and having hot chocolate at the end. Sabina was brilliant at demonstrating and explaining with interesting stories. She made everyone feel at ease. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Thank you .
