Entdecken Sie die Geheimnisse, die seit der Ming-Dynastie bis zum Ende der Qing-Dynastie (1420 bis 1912) verborgen waren. Diese Stadt wurde von 1406 bis 1420 erbaut. Sie können einfach ein Taxi zum Osttor oder Westtor der Verbotenen Stadt nehmen und zum Haupteingang Südtor (Meridiantor 午门) gehen, um direkt in die Verbotene Stadt einzudringen. Kein Grund, über den Platz des Himmlischen Friedens zu gehen.

Gäste können direkt am Donghuamen abgesetzt werden. Folgen Sie dem Stadtgraben zu Fuß für etwa 8 Minuten, bis Sie das Meridian Gate (Wumen) erreichen, den einzigen offiziellen Zugangs- und Sicherheitskontrollpunkt für die Verbotene Stadt. Wichtig : Donghuamen funktioniert nur als Ausgang. Das Betreten der Verbotenen Stadt ist in Donghuamen NICHT gestattet. Bitte gehen Sie zu Fuß zum Meridian Gate, um die Sicherheit und die Ticketüberprüfung zu überprüfen. Die Halle der Bewahrung der Harmonie (Baohe Dian) ist die letzte Haupthalle im Außenhof.
Das Tor der himmlischen Reinheit (Qianqing Men) trennt den Palast in den äußeren und inneren Hof. Hinter dem Tor befindet sich der Wohnbereich des Schlosses.
Die beiden Kammern im Osten wurden in Brautzimmer für den Kaiser und die Kaiserin umgewandelt; während die restlichen vier Kammern als Kultstätte genutzt wurden.
Hinter der Halle der irdischen Ruhe befindet sich der kaiserliche Garten, in dem sich die Mitglieder der kaiserlichen Familie neu erfanden.
Die Halle der Höchsten Harmonie (Taihe Dian), auch „Halle des Goldenen Throns“ genannt, ist die prächtigste Halle des Palastes und die größte Holzkonstruktion in China.

Jade was an amazing tour guide. Super nice and knowledgable. With how big the complex is, she was able to show the best highlights with humor and insight. She is also an expert on where to get the best photos to make the most of your experience! You really need to find out in advance about the visits to make, because the Forbidden City is immense. There are several galleries, museums, and palaces to visit, each located at a fairly significant walking distance. You must therefore organize your route well in advance, in order to save your energy and patience, especially with the heat and the crowd. It is also important to locate the right subway exit in advance, because you can easily get lost. Once there, finding the right path can quickly become a real obstacle course, or even a marathon, with the long distances to cover and the omnipresent crowd

The tour was exceptionally well organized, from start to finish. Communication prior to the trip was excellent, directions were clear, and we departed on schedule. During the summer, the ticket office is very busy, so it took us almost one hour to enter the Forbidden City. However, this didn’t have a negative impact on the overall experience. The tour covers an impressive amount of ground and highlights all key attractions, including historical buildings, bridges, gates, plazas, artwork, furniture, and gardens. It provided a comprehensive overview of this incredible UNESCO World Heritage site. A special shout out to our guide Jade, who was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and passionate about sharing the history and significance of each location. She took great care of each participant, asked interesting questions to keep all engaged, answered all inquiries with patience and expertise, and made the experience both educational and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Beijing. It was a memorable experience and one of the highlights of te our trip.
