Batam Amazing Day Tour (inklusive Mittagessen)

The trip was amazing, but the guide, Winner, was the highlight! We were curious about activities for another day. He gave us a lot advice, and since we had time, he even showed us a spot where we can do those activities another day. Very helpful! The food was a great way to taste different foods. Recommend this early in your stay, since you get to experience a bit of everything.

This was the best tour ever! Our guide Jing was so sweet and helpful, and came with fun additions to our tour. She really went above and beyond! We got mineralwater on the bus to keep hydrated and the AC on the bus was the best on a sunny day. The bus driver drove really well in a nice speed. We got so many good photos from our guide and the sights we saw where so nice. The tour guide company was really accommodating, which we appreciated so much! I recommend this tour highly!

We had an amazing 3-day, 2-night trip to Batam with Solid Travel Batam! There were 34 of us, and everything was handled perfectly - from liaising, planning to actual day. Everyone in our group was so happy and had a great time. The trip was really well-organized and very memorable. If you’re planning a trip to Batam, we highly recommend them! Winner (his real name) picked me up in the hotel lobby right on time. From there we went to Batam's version of the Hollywood sign. Then we travelled to the Barelang Bridge, various temples and other sites. Winner gave me an excellent commentary as we drove along, explaining many facts about Batam. We stopped for lunch and then had two more stops; a park with miniature houses from throughout Indonesia and then a shopping mall. Lucky for me I was able to get some t-shirts there for my grandchildren that I'd been looking for. All in all, this was an excellent tour and Winner has obviously been well named, because he did an outstanding job. He drove safely, knew his way around, was polite and courteous. Highly recommended!

Taking this day tour is very convenient. You will be picked up anywhere in Batam. Mr. Winner is an awesome tour guide along with the driver Jackie. He is very informative, caring and takes AMAZING photos. If you can, request for him. We are 6 in a group and the van is very spacious and comfortable. Seafood lunch by the seaside was really good. I love everything on the menu. We ended the day with a 60 minute massage which was amazing as well. Next time maybe I'll take the 120min massage 😄. All in all very convenient, safe and amazing way to go see Batam in a day.

Mr Winner was an excellent tour guide. He spoke English extremely well. We were his only customers, so Mr Winner took us to extra stops that interested us. And they changed the lunch stop to a vegetarian temple restaurant to suit our needs. We also selected the massage option which was fantastic. We would recommend this tour.

I had a terrible experience with this tour company. They were extremely unprofessional and unorganized. The day started with a late response from the company, which caused a significant delay in our carefully planned trip. This threw our entire schedule off and added unnecessary stress to our day. The car provided for our trip was unfit and uncomfortable, making the experience frustrating and far from enjoyable. Furthermore, we only managed to visit Barelang Bridge and Golden City Go-karts because of the time-constraint. To make matters worse, they tried to charge us for lunch for our 5-year-old son, even though it was completely unreasonable given his age. It was clear that their focus was more on squeezing every penny out of their customers than providing a pleasant experience. The overall service was lousy, and their lack of attention to customer needs was disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable tour experience. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!

Not sure they are still in business. I saw another review saying they were a no-show. I signed up and tried to contact them twice with questions, but there was no response, so I canceled my reservation.

Johni the tour guide was very informative and professional. The tour explored a lot of the highlights on the island with the highlight being the lovely massage at the end. The only negative was we don’t like tours that visit shops (coffee sellers, souvenirs, bird nests and cake shops) but we didn’t feel under pressure to buy anything.

Though we booked for a shared tour, we are fortunate to have the tour all by ourselves. The driver cum guide, Mr DinDin is very friendly and make us very comfortable throughout the trip.
