Bari-Kochkurs: Traditionelles Focaccia und Orecchiette

Machen Sie sich bereit für ein authentisches Erlebnis im Herzen von Bari, an einem geheimen Ort, der den wahren Geist der apulischen Küche bewahrt. In Begleitung eines ortskundigen Führers werden Sie bei der Zubereitung zweier Symbole der Tradition selbst Hand anlegen: der Focaccia Barese, der Königin des Streetfoods, weich und knusprig mit saftigen Kirschtomaten, die sogar die Focaccia Genovese im Wettkampf um den letzten Bissen geschlagen hat, und der handgemachten Orecchiette, die nach der alten Technik von Bari zubereitet wird und von der New York Times als zu schützendes Erbe gefeiert wurde. Nach dem Unterricht setzen wir uns an den Tisch, um die Früchte unserer gemeinsamen Arbeit zu genießen, begleitet von einem guten lokalen Wein und Geschichten, die nach Tradition riechen. Ein intimes, spannendes und authentisches Erlebnis für alle, die die wahre Seele Baris durch seine Küche entdecken möchten.

Very nice experience. But not really worth all the money in my honest opinion for what you’re getting in the end. A little plate of pasta and some drinks. Ofcourse you’re learning the pasta making, but with a group of 10 persons we felt it was little bit too crowded. Host and guide is very kind.

Absolutely great experience. Camille came to pick us up and brought us to the secret pastalab where we were thought how to make focaccia and orichette by Mariëlle. It was easy to follow the instructions and a lovely way to learn new skills. You get to eat, drink and make food.
