We had 6 people and luggage and they didn’t bring a big enough vehicle. We weren’t able to complete the ride. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

The vehicle couldn’t accommodate my family of 4 plus our bags so I had to grab an additional taxis. Ensure that you indicate the number of bags with your group to ensure you they provide a large enough vehicle

At our company, if a transfer cannot be completed as expected, we always provide a 100% full refund. Prompt pickup, actually early, but we were ready. Loaded our bags and off we went, going through some tight streets in Barcelona center. Driver did very well and delivered us right where we needed to be to board our cruise ship.
