It was a great experience. A lot of fun, a great group of other people taking the class, the instructor, Pamela, was great and so was the food.
Perfect location to take a break walking the Gothic quarter. The 4 course experience was tasty and well explained. Our kids now know how to make Spanish omelettes and enjoyed the paella. Great explanation of the history of the dishes and the proper techniques. All hands involved so our teens and even another groups littles partook. You could be involved as much as you want, or just sit back and enjoy the wine and finish food.

Great experience. We had a friendly time, between learning Catalan recipes, exchanges between participants and tasting the dishes. Chef Mariona is great, I recommend!
Amazing experience! The prep work is a lot of fun shared amongst participants. Chef is incredibly knowledgeable and a lot of fun. The food turned out to be amazingly delicious and plentiful. This is an experience not to be missed !!
This is an amazing way to spend the afternoon diving into some delicious dishes. So many recipes and tons of knowledge.
This is the most wonderful cooking class. Marco was so welcoming and engaging. We had a group of 14 people and everyone enjoyed the experience and the food was delicious!! Thoroughly recommend going here! Marco was exceptionally knowledgeable and took time to explain the history and the process before cooking. His approach was enlightening.

Pamela was calm and confident as she guided our group through making paella and other dishes. She got everyone involved the cooking, even the children in our group. It was a hands on. I also learned some wonderful chef 's tips. She answered my question about how to use my American rice. I now have such an appreciation for food made with care and love. I think I am becoming a foodie! The class was a highlight in my trip to Barcelona! I definitely recommend!!!!!
