The buss route with City Tours is satisfactory. We went 17 Jul 2026, purchased the tickets with the Eco Catamaran add on. Found the ferry kiosk. Asked ifvthus was the eco catamaran and showed the city tours guide map. The girl looked at me like I was from planet Mars, the guy with her says something in Spanish. She then says there is no more tours until 6.30 pm we were there at 2, but..... wait for this .... if you pay an extra 10 euros x 4 people, you can go on the catamaran at 6.30pm..... What the heck. Felt like a con add on to me !!!
the routes are very interesting and offer a great opportunity to know the city. The personnel at the stations, as well as to ones on the bus were exceptionally friendly and helpful - CUDOS! BUT: 1. Many sound outlets on the upper decks are defective or missing. 2. Once, we and other about 40 persons waited for 45 min until a bus already almost full appeared. When eventually a part of the waiting crowd succeeded to get some places on this bus the driver announced this bus will not continue and we must wait for another one.At this station there was another not working bus...
Picked up the bus at the World Trade Center looked promising as two buses were there started to get off at interest points, and quickly realize buses were really lateor full and was gonna take a long time to actually see everything that we wanted to ended up skipping several stops to make it to church then two buses ran out of charge and we’re unable to provide transportation the other company with the red and blue buses seemed to be less crowded and more efficient

Barcelona is a huge city and this is the perfect way to see its highlights!!! The hop on hop off spots are so easy to locate around the city and the places to explore are fantastic! I definitely recommend this!
We love hop on and off, you can use it as much as you want to and can your the place from start to finish for 2.5 hours
Works fine as an experience trip with family
Exceptionally boring bus commentary and route. And we have been on the hop on/ hop off in Paris multiple times - even in the rain. This was just dull. Nothing to see on the route they take (green line) - a bunch of city beaches, a vague commentary that sounded like a sales pitch for why to visit that location written by ChatGPT. Boring.
Great way to see the city. I just wished the shade cover could be used for extremely hot days as it was so hot under stairs.
