This was a brilliant experience, it is such a good way to see the sights of Barcelona. Everyone at the hire place were so friendly and welcoming. Marina our tour guide was just fantastic, her passion for the city just shone through as she took us around the various places, she really made our experience a wonderful one. It was a lovely experience, seeing the biggest sights and getting all the history as well. We took the e bike option so it was a nice easy ride. And the bike lanes in Barcelona are great! Our guide, Alex, was knowledgeable and very nice.

The bikes weren’t great. My front brake didn’t work properly. The guide was ok, but his accent was very strong and we were only able to understand parts of what he said.

Our tour guide Maria was fantastic. I am hesitant to write a poor review. But just be sure you know what you are signing up for. I specifically chose this tour because it was shorter than others (90 minutes) but still took us to a lot of stops. They sent a text asking us to arrive 15 minutes early. When we arrived 20 minutes early, the front desk lady was VERY rude and told us to leave and come back at 1pm. So we came back at 1pm and waited in a long line. Then we were informed that the tour would take 2.5-3 hours. Which, unfortunately, we did not have time for. She said we would still see all the things listed on our tour in the 90 minutes but someone would come get us after the basilica. She lied. After getting on the road 30 minutes after our scheduled start time, we made 4 stops before having to go back. No where close to the number of stops promised. Barcelona is beautiful, the bikes were great. If you have the time, I’m sure it’s all lovely. But make sure you understand, if you only have 90 minutes you are not getting what you paid for. Overall, if the front desk lady had been more honest and more kind, we could have had a much better experience.
