Reiseverlauf
Start von Saphan Taksin BTS 17:30 Uhr Tha Chang Pier Snack Grand Palace Wat Pho Sao Chingsa Yaowarat Abendessen & Dessert Ziel Yaowarat 21:00 Uhr - Taxikosten

I am not one to write reviews... but this tour was not only 1/2 the time stated, but there was no boat, there was no train. DO NOT SPEND your money on this tour. As most of you, I treasure my vacation time with family. We booked this months in advance and want to make the most of every tour we go on. This tour group is awful. I called viator customer service after this "tour" stating I am in the hotel room when I should be on this tour for another 2 hours. I informed them, there was no boat or train as described. Viator contacted the tour group in which they gave a partial refund. I was like, I don't want the refund, I want the tour that I signed up for my family! Long story short, nothing came out from it except a partial refund. I wasn't looking for money, as I am going to Thailand once...I wanted my family to experience what we signed up. So please, save yourself my frustration and stay away from this tour!
Rach was patient with my delays in traffic, we got underway and he was well educated on the culture and areas of Bangkok, we got to see many points of interest. Fun experience - I will be coming back for more tours with Rach!
This tour is slightly more expensive than others. I enjoyed the one on one exclusivity of the tour though and enjoyed seeing the sights and sounds from tuk tuk. Tuk tuks are very fast and will eep you on your toes at every turn (seatbelts not included) lol
Our trip was awesome! Very informative and great tour guide. Tan was excellent and we felt safe knowing she knew her way around Bangkok and spoke excellent English. Great trip to see the temples, some riverfront properties, and some good eats in China Town. Definitely would recommend this tour and Tan!
Excellent tour -our guide was fun , informative and very experienced Would recommend 5 stars ! Thank you wan
Under the Night Lights did not work starting at 5:30. It was still daylight. We were looking forward to seeing Wat Arun lit in the night. It was our first stop, closed and the sun starting to set but this just made for low light pictures at best. The guide, Kim, was very talkative but we could hardly understand a word he said as he went over the history of kings. He nearly forgot to get us off the boat at the first stop so we had to rush through the crowded boat. He walked too fast through crowds for us to keep up. We went to the flower market which was delightful. He offered to buy us a little sweet ball of something and then a banana. Again, we couldn’t understand him. We stood across the street from the Grand Palace but there wasn’t much we could see except roofs above the wall. The tuk tuk was different than the ones we used in Vietnam and Cambodia the previous two weeks. These were high to get up on for two 70 yr olds. My 6 foot husband had to stoop under the roof as we rode and didn’t have enough foot room. Our guide was about the same size so it was extremely crowded on the tuk tuk. Kim took us to a little family restaurant (seats 8) open to the street but not street food per se. The Grandmother cooked a small noodle meal for us. We finished eating at 7:30 and Kim said because it was dark he didn’t think it was safe to go to Chinatown. We didn’t know why but we had such a difficult time understanding him we agreed, after 2 hrs of the 4 hr tour, that we would go back to our hotel. Kim rode the tuk tuk with us back to the Shangri-La Hotel because he said he lives across the street. It took a half hour in heavy traffic to return. It was a waste of money and time.
Dear valued customer thanks for your review on trip advisor. We appreciate you for sharing your experience with us. We are hearing this kind of problem for the time , we have never come across this issue , anyway we are going to investigate this case seriously . Anyway thanks for getting in touch with us. And also provide us with your booking reference number so that we can easily check for this case.
The tour was "quite good" so I'd have given it 3.5 starts if I could. Unfortunately, our whole experience with this company had already been tainted by poor communication. we only had 24 hours in Bangkok so it was crucial that we got everything sorted out and saw as much as possible in that time. I tried to have a chat with the travel company using the Whatsapp number provided but did hear anything for 24 hours. I decided to take a chance and booked online anyway early the day before we landed, by following the website from Trip Advisor, to Sight Seeing Bangkok which then led us to Sun Leisure World. (this site hopping in itself was a bit worrying) Here the tour page specifically states Hotel Pickup Offered which suited our needs perfectly. I added our hotel details and then dropped the company a Whatsapp, an email AND a Facebook message all asking them to confirm that the hotel pickup was arranged and what the logistics were. I heard nothing for 24 hours but eventually got a message on the day that we flew into Bangkok to state that the meeting point was at a station and that no hotel pickup was included in the nighttime tuk tuk tour. I sent the screen shot of the website where this was advertised, but they just sent me one of the itinerary back showing conflicting information. No apology or explanation of why the website was misleading. So... having just landed we managed to navigate our way 45 mins across the city to find the meeting point, which is where we met our guide, Up. She took us on a good, well paced tour of some of the highlights of the city, which were great at night. I particularly liked the way that she showed us the Flower Market and China Town, giving us samples and setting us a little test with some flowers. Really nice touch. Would I recommend the tour, probably but don't be fooled by the dodgy website.
Dear valued customer thanks for your review . We acknowledge your response and have noted the points mentioned by you . Hope you had. great time during the tour . Thanks for opting our services .
If your time in Bangkok is limited I highly recommend this tour. The temples are spectacular under lights, great for photos without the crowds. You'll experience various modes of transport including a ferry ride along the Chao Phraya River. The guide was very keen to ensure we had a great time, and we saw more than we expected. Warning, like anywhere in Bangkok, be careful of the street food on offer if your stomach isn't used to it!
Dear valued customer thanks for your response . We appreciate you for sharing your experience with us . Hope you had a great time.
This is a great way to see major landmarks with less crowds. Anne was a great guide. She provided historical information and answered all our questions.

Not exactly what we expected, very overpriced for what it was offered. Guide wasn’t experienced, or at least this was the impression I got.
Good morning We are very surprise to understand this 1. Our tour is reasonable priced as par service we provide and we make sure it is value for money 2. We never have any new guide, our guide have been working for last two year, they have born and brought up in Bangkok 3. We always have 5 star review for this tour However I appreciate your feedback and if you are actual person please show us your booking we will refund you 200%
