Nice, but don't expect to actually see a sunset. Between the buildings and the way river runs its just not possible. However, we had a wonderful time just being on the river and enjoying the sites. The food was delicious and plenty of it. Drinks were extra but not overly expensive.

First, this was not a 2 hour cruise. It was 1 1/2 hours. Very rushed and not enjoyable. Staff were nice and friendly. Entertainment was subpar. Water was stinky we had to sit downstairs where the buffet was.

I did the night dinner cruise expecting to see the temples. They did not take us to see the Temples at all.

Boat was quite nice and a lot more newer that some of the other boats i had seen out that day on the water. The buffet food was very good, although felt very rushed its really only an hour max on the boat spent at least half an hour in the blistering sun until we boarded as they request you be at the wharf 45 min before you board . your on an open deck so the sun was intense, so if planning to do a sunset cruise will not recommend unless its in the more bearable part of the year. Nothing special or anything exciting as its a short lived boat ride. If your buying drinks make sure you have cash on you as they do not accept eftpos only once docked back at the wharf meanwhile i got hassled about not having cash on me. Not my problem!!

This was sold as a wheelchair accessible dinner cruise. It is NOT at all. There was access to the boat, and that is where it stopped. There was no ramp from the dock to the boat. No one told us at the ticketing desk, nor the loading line. There was another wheelchair user who was a shocked as I was. My wife and son were with me and I had pumped up this outing and didn't want to disappoint them. Four crew members went to pick me up in my manual wheelchair to lift me onto the boat (down 3 stairs). I am not comfortable with that at all. They then started to take me up a full flight of stone stairs. And then another. Because they spoke no English my objections were useless. No washroom access, too many people to move about the upper deck, constantly being kicked by other guests going to their seats, no view of the entertainment, very disappointing food, and then it got worse. They started pushing my chair without asking, and refused to stop when told to not to. Going back down they almost dropped me multiple times and were laughing about it. The reality is a drop on stone stairs being carried backwards would mean a very serious injury. While waiting for the docking a crew member continued to hit my chair repeatedly with his hand (the equivalent of getting kicked in the foot while standing, over and over). I asked him to stop (he continued), knocked his hand off my chair (he continued), turned around and yelled at him (he backed off, then continued). Just a horrible night. I was embarrassed I took my family on this outing.

The overall experience was absolutely horrible. The online booking confirmation did not inform that a physical ticket is to be taken at a counter which is hidden in a corner. At the counter, there is no organised way of issuing the physical tickets. The crowd just barges in at the counter with horrible push. The ladies issuing the tickets check for passenger details on handwritten sheets manually with more than n thousand entries. The cruise has so many people joining, it feels like combined population of India and China are joining. The cruise never starts on time. At the ship, there is a long queue for food often giving the felling of charity queues. Pathetic experience. Please try only if you love crowd, stinking smell, and irritation.
