It was great. The experience was great tons of great food and the mascots were entertaining and funny. The staff was kind and understanding overall this was a great experience.
Very commercial and ordinary. This is not the “luxury” dinner cruise it is advertised to be. From the check-in and mass boarding process to the quality of the food and entertainment, the entire experience feels touristy and designed as a cash grab rather than a genuine luxury dining experience. Disappointing and certainly not what I would expect from something marketed as “luxury.”

I was traveling with my family and children, so I wanted to avoid places that were too crowded or hectic. This cruise was very relaxing and enjoyable. The food was great, and the staff were especially friendly and attentive. My parents were very satisfied as well. :) If you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere, I highly recommend the Sawasdee Cruise over the larger, more crowded cruises!
I booked a dinner cruise to celebrate my child's birthday. While I was only expecting a delicious meal and a view of the night scenery, the staff kindly arranged a birthday celebration and a song, making the experience truly special. I highly recommend this unique cruise to anyone visiting Bangkok.
