Besuchen Sie das berühmteste Wahrzeichen Bangkoks, den Königlichen Großen Palast und den Tempel des Smaragd-Buddha.
Beide befinden sich in einer herrlichen Anlage, die seit dem späten 18. Jahrhundert das spirituelle Herz Thailands ist.
Spazieren Sie vorbei an goldenen Chedis, kunstvollen Hallen und farbenfrohen Wandmalereien, die alte Geschichten aus der thailändischen Mythologie erzählen. Betreten Sie die ehemalige königliche Residenz und sehen Sie, wie jedes Gebäude die Handwerkskunst und Traditionen vergangener Generationen widerspiegelt.
Im Wat Phra Kaew können Sie den Smaragd-Buddha bewundern, die am meisten verehrte Statue des Landes, die aus einem einzigen Stück grüner Jade geschnitzt und wunderschön über dem Hauptaltar ausgestellt ist.

Ein Besuch des Grand Palace und Wat Phra Kaew ist ein wahres Highlight jeder Reise nach Bangkok. Der glitzernde Grand Palace ist ein architektonisches Meisterwerk, das mehr als 150 Jahre lang als offizielle Residenz der Könige der Chakri-Dynastie diente.
Der 1782 von König Rama I. erbaute Komplex verfügt über eine außergewöhnliche Sammlung goldener Turmspitzen, kunstvoll verzierter Hallen und reich verzierter Pavillons, die die feinste Handwerkskunst der thailändischen Architektur widerspiegeln. Auf dem Palastgelände liegt Wat Phra Kaew, Thailands heiligster Tempel, in dem der verehrte Smaragd-Buddha zu Hause ist, eine kleine, aber hoch verehrte Statue, die aus einem einzigen Jadeblock geschnitzt wurde. Die Wände des Tempels sind mit farbenfrohen Wandmalereien geschmückt, die Szenen aus dem Ramakien, Thailands Nationalepos, darstellen.

Wat Phra Kaew gilt als der heiligste Tempel Thailands. Auf dem Gelände des Großen Palastes befindet sich der hochverehrte Smaragd-Buddha, eine kleine, aber äußerst wichtige Statue, die aus einem einzigen Jadeblock geschnitzt wurde.
Der Tempel wurde 1782 von König Rama I. erbaut und spielt seit Jahrhunderten eine zentrale Rolle bei königlichen und religiösen Zeremonien in Thailand. Die wunderschön verzierten Tempelgebäude sind mit glitzerndem Gold, aufwendigen Mosaiken und farbenfrohen Wandmalereien geschmückt, die Szenen aus dem Ramakien, Thailands Nationalepos, darstellen.
Mit seiner reichen Symbolik, exquisiten Handwerkskunst und tiefen spirituellen Bedeutung bleibt Wat Phra Kaew eines der beeindruckendsten und kulturell wichtigsten Wahrzeichen Bangkoks.

Denken Sie daran, dass Tempel heilige Orte sind und Sie sich angemessen kleiden müssen. Schultern und Knöchel müssen bedeckt sein (sowohl für Männer als auch für Frauen; ärmellose Hemden mit Schalbedeckung sind ebenfalls nicht erlaubt). Keine Shorts, Leggings, zerrissene Jeans, Hausschuhe (Flip-Flops) oder freizügige Oberteile, sonst wird Ihnen der Zutritt verweigert.
Der Eintritt in den Grand Palace & Wat Phra Kaew ist NICHT inbegriffen und muss am Tag der Tour bar bezahlt werden (THB 500 pro Person).
Stornierungen, die mindestens 24 Stunden vor Tourbeginn erfolgen, sind für eine vollständige Rückerstattung berechtigt. Bei Stornierungen, die weniger als 24 Stunden im Voraus erfolgen, oder bei Nichterscheinen wird keine Rückerstattung ausgestellt.
Unsere Touren laufen mit Regen oder Sonnenschein, da tropische Regenschauer in Thailand normalerweise nicht lange anhalten. Wenn es stark regnet, versuchen wir Schutz zu suchen und werden fortfahren, sobald das Wetter besser wird. Während der Regenzeit ist es eine gute Idee, einen Regenmantel oder Poncho mitzubringen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wetterbedingte Stornierungen nicht erstattungsfähig sind.
Bangkoks Verkehr ist oft stark überlastet, daher bitten wir alle Gäste, pünktlich anzukommen. Wir empfehlen immer, mit dem BTS (Skytrain) oder MRT (U-Bahn) zu einer Station in der Nähe des Treffpunkts zu fahren. Da unsere Touren auf Gruppenbasis ablaufen, können wir maximal 10 Minuten nach der geplanten Besprechungszeit warten. Nach Ablauf dieser Schonfrist beginnt der Fortgeschrittener die Tour. Sollten Sie es nicht rechtzeitig schaffen, teilen Sie uns dies bitte vor Tourbeginn mit. Wenn möglich, werden wir unser Bestes tun, um Sie für den nächsten verfügbaren Zeitfenster oder Tag zu verschieben, obwohl eine Umbuchungsgebühr anfällt. Bei verspäteter Ankunft wird keine Rückerstattung geleistet.
Bei Nichterscheinen oder zu spätem Erscheinen am Treffpunkt erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.

Bangkok Temples!

Thoughtful, knowledgeable guide
Paula was funny, knowledgeable, and prioritized our comfort. She made sure we had plenty of opportunities to sit in the shade or near fans while she explained the history behind the architecture. She let us know when and where there would be bathroom breaks and kept us on schedule without rushing. She even took time after the tour ended to make sure we got to our train stops, Grab pickup points, etc. My friend went on a self guided tour of the Grand Palace 8 years ago and said it was a totally different experience having a guide--he enjoyed it so much more and we both learned a lot. Interesting tour with enthusiastic guide
Our tourguide Paula made a good job, answered all our questions, made good photos (it was a private tour, so this was possible), showed the best photo spots, and explained the facts and culture of the palace and the temple very well.
