I was relieved to receive a polite reply immediately when I texted my concerns even before I went to Thailand. On the day I left my luggage, I had two hours to pick it up, so I had to stay at the front desk all the time, and I was thinking about asking the front desk to pick it up, but the pick-up staff arrived and helped me. I thought it would be great if the staff had a batch that would make it easy to identify them as AIRPOTELs. It was hard to tell which one. Luggage delivery at the airport is also smooth, and we hope to use it again next time

What a flawless experience! They picked up our golf bags from a small hotel on the outskirts of Bangkok and delivered them within a single day to Phuket airport. Everything went super smoothly.
