- Der Passagier, der ein Visum für die Ankunft beantragen muss und einen Bericht über Gelbfieber bei Health Control beantragen muss, muss für den zusätzlichen Service 500 Bht pro Person einen Aufpreis zahlen der service ohne rückerstattung
- Wenn uns mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ankunft keine Fluginformationen mitgeteilt werden, erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.
- Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich unsere Leistungen an der Anzahl der im Voraus getätigten Buchungen orientieren. Wenn Sie mit einer Gruppe anreisen, die die gebuchte Anzahl überschreitet, werden unsere Leistungen ohne weitere Unterbringung automatisch storniert und es erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.
- Inhaber von Reisepässen aus Myanmar, Laos und Kambodscha dürfen diesen Service nicht nutzen. Wenn Sie gebucht haben, beachten Sie bitte, dass keine Rückerstattung erfolgt.
- Dieser Service muss mindestens 24 Stunden vor der tatsächlichen planmäßigen Flugdauer gebucht werden.
- Flugnummer, Datum und Uhrzeit müssen mit dem realen Flug übereinstimmen. Die Wahl eines späteren Servicezeitpunkts zum Überschreiten der Buchungssperre ist nicht zulässig.
- Änderungen sind nur nach schriftlicher Bestätigung durch unser Team gültig. Falsche oder unbestätigte Flugdaten können zu keinem Service und keiner Rückerstattung führen.
- Zusätzliche Servicegebühr von THB 1000 pro Hund, ohne Steuern
- Chinesische Passinhaber müssen eine Kopie ihres Reisepasses, ein Rückflugticket und eine Hotelbestätigung vorlegen.
- Buchungen, die mit einer falschen oder späteren Servicezeit getätigt wurden, um die 24-Stunden-Grenze zu umgehen, werden als ungültig betrachtet
- Der Anbieter der Aktivität behält sich das Recht vor, jede Buchung mit falschen, unvollständigen oder irreführenden Flugdaten abzulehnen
- Der 24-Stunden-Buchungsstopp wird aus der tatsächlichen planmäßigen Flugdauer berechnet, nicht aus der bei der Buchung gewählten Zeit

Reservation on TripAdvisor for Bangkok airport expedited immigration. Reception right off the plane. Very fast immigration process because it was directed by the guide whom we met on the other side of passport control, and baggage claim was also guided, followed by exiting through customs. Assistance ended for me at this point. End of the service was very efficient and the guide was very competent and friendly. Thank you for the accompaniment. I highly recommend it.

This all met or exceeded my expectations - Wonderful experience. The representative was right there with my name on a sign in the hallway as I exited from the jet bridge and stairs into the terminal. She was pleasant and very helpful - all the way out the taxi area to get me into my can on the way to my hotel. This is in stark contrast with my last trip to Bangkok two years ago when I signed up for similar VIP arrival services with another provider. No one met me at the airport and I ended up waiting in a line at immigration for 2 hours after being on and off flights for the prior 30 hours. No one responded when I tried to call someone. It took a couple months and hassle to get e refund.

You will need a visa to enter Vietnam and apparently the Immigration Department / Ministry of Pubic Security doesn't check any of the information you submit and simply issues the requested Visa. However, when you show up at the airport to catch your flight, ground personnel won't issue a boarding pass because they do pay attention. LOL At that point, your only alternative is to pay hundreds of dollars (up to $500) to private companies obtain an "Emergency Visa". WATCH OUT!!!!!
This was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. It felt so comforting to have someone waiting for me at the airport. My agent was kind, caring and professional. This experience made arriving to Bangkok for the first time as a solo traveler so much less overwhelming. Arrived at Bangkok Airport on the 9th May 2025 only to find out that an Arrival Card into Thailand is now required for foreigners. This new arrival card system was introduced on the 1st May 2025. As we were in travelling throughout Asia we were aware of this change The process is an online application that takes about 5 minutes requiring Personal info, Passport info and accommodation details. The government processing completed quickly

Smoking friends, I confirm that there are no smoking areas, either on arrival or departure. Solution found: just leaving the airport and opposite you will find a large terrace juxtaposed with the hotel "Prime Sleep". You can smoke!
