Our guide oscar was amazing, our family had a great time visiting lake louise & morraine lake . Everything went smooth and on time , highly recommend it
Banff To Do made our visit to Moraine Lake & Lake Louise super easy. Oscar was friendly & knowledgable-taking us to Moraine Lake first before the crowds picked up. We had around 45-60 mins in each location, enough time to walk the rockpile at Moraine Lake & rent a canoe at Lake Louise. Van was air conditioned, clean & spacious. Would definately recommend
Our guide/driver was very friendly. He shared a lot of useful information with us. It was a very enjoyable experience. The lakes so gorgeous and we also had a nice sunny day.
Our Driver, Louis, was excellent. With His work expérience hé spoke of, we felt safe and IT was obvious when hé was driving. Hé gave us some interesting facts about the géologue of the lakes etc., in terms that made IT easy to understand! Hé prioritized which Lake to visit first, based on His expérience. Seeing the lakes, in comfort, convinience of pick-up location, made the tour well worth IT!
The driver was nice and friendly, but although the tour description says 1 and half hours at each location, we only got one hour. Moraine lake was maybe enough for one hour, but we wish we had more time at Lake Louise. We could only take some pictures there and didn't have much time to walk around and enjoy enough of the amazing scenery.
Our driver was very polite and gave us enough time to visit both lakes. He was checking to see if all passengers are having fun
The scenery is incredible, our driver, informative, but the crowds were crazy. There’s very little personal space if you go on a weekend… Consider a weekday and maybe it’ll be better.
Louise was awesome. He was kind caring and attentive. Even though It was a shuttle, he made it a mini tour guide. The entire process pickup and communicstion, the company everything was top of the class. A worth trip and got the best of the views since we were on time crunch and got to see both Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. Thank you so much team Banfftodo and Viator
Great way to see the main lakes when you don't have a lot of time in Banff. Unfortunately, the bus driver was late so we lost some time.
The bus arrived over 1 hour late. Driving was safe and lakes were beautiful. We were lucky that we didn’t have anything planned afterward.
